So I called Fusion Nails and spoke with a lady named Jasmine. I was only trying to get eyebrow wax done today. As I was speaking to her she was rudly interupting me while I was trying to speak then hung up the phone when I tried to ask about walk in and appointments. Unclear why employees think it's okay to treat potential customers with disrespect then expect a person to ever want to business again with Fusion Nails. I came in for a gel manicure & spa pedicure and it was perfect. The staff were really sweet & attentive. Vanny was my nail tech & she took her time to make sure my nails and toes were flawless. That's one thing I noticed is the staff didn't rush through pedicures which is great! Makes you feel like they're actually caring about their work. They offer drinks as well as fruit. Nice and clean too! They sterilize their tools like they're supposed too. Most places don't really do that. But they'll open their tools in front of you from being sterilized! Love it. My first experience at this place. I left knowing it will always be a place I'll come back too. I could tell immediately that not only was the staff more experienced than most places but the quality of products and the service is far better than the other nail salon.I don't even remember exactly the girl's name did my nails who is extremely friendly and patient , maybe Mia or Tina but my nails have never looked so good and my hands so soft. Extremely disappointed with this visit. I was not asked about what type of pedicure I wanted. No callus remover... when I asked I was ignored because she had to care for her small child. What a great find! After working so much, I decided to treat myself today and what a treat I got! So making the appointment was super easy. I came in on a Friday afternoon after running some errands. So what was slightly different about this place is that you can just let them know that you want a pedicure and then later they'll give you a book detailing the different kinds of pedicures they have. It was really nice because the last salon I went to I basically just blindly picked one. So the actual pedicure....the one I picked was called  something like well balance tropical pedicure. They gave me some fruits and snacks. They have a variety of drinks (water, tea, soda, wine). My pedicure package included a message, scrub, hot wax, hot neck wrap, and callous removal. It was great! Think twice before scheduling a massage here! They are not using the right tables (i.e. their tables don't have head holes). So a day after my massage I can't turn my neck completely to either side & I am very sore.  Not something you should expect after a massage.  I'll have to find a better place next time. Read Less

Nothing special about the service here. Place looks really nice and clean. Didn't realize until they started my pedicure that I didn't see any barbicide or other sanitizing products to clean in between customers. This is something you rarely see in nail salons and that's bothersome for me. The foot massage was horrible. I get a better massage just rubbing lotion on my own feet. They usually do a great job.  The facility is clean and I love hat they offer wine and some snacks with the service!  The prices are fair compared to some other salons and the staff really listens to what I want.  My husband and I have been for massages and that has always been excellent as well.  This has been one of my go to nail spots while living in northern VA! Terribly disappointed. My daughter and I have been here twice before and were very impressed. This time however was awful. The two girls barely paid attention to us:, lackluster treatment wirh the pumice stone, only put masque on the front of my leg, didn't dry the back, no lotion and barely any massage. When it came time for the nails she filed only enough to smooth edges, no shaping so it doesn't look like I had a manicure at all just polish, and one fingernail still had a ragged edge. Read Less

I decided to take my mother here for a pedicure on her birthday. I called two days before to schedule an appointment for Thursday at 10:30am. The place is located in a small shopping center off of Minneville Rd. The waiting area was a little dirty and the furniture looked a little outdated. However, everyone was really nice, including the ladies that gave us the pedicure. The pedicure area was located in a small room with a television. There were 8 chairs and each one was filled. We both got the milk and honey pedicures which felt great. The chairs massage you, however the chair my mother was in didn't work properly. They gave us snacks and something to drink which was nice.The prices were reasonable and the workers were nice, but there's no luxury there if that's what you're looking for. Read Less

As of late, I think this place may have too much confidence. They claim to always be SO busy but whenever I go in, there are people sitting around eating food and talking about the clients. I've been going here for years. Now every time I go I have to text me tech to tell her my polish has chipped on either my nails or toes the day of or the day after and getting in to see her is like seeing the former President. She's always sooo busy and knows I have a demanding job, I don't have time to run down a nail tech, I'll switch salons. I believe I have just been too accommodating and they became complacent. Newly updated and looking fabulous, you will get all the customer service attention you are after at Fusion.  The staff will ask what you want and there is no hard sell on their items or to upgrade to other services.  You will get a comfortable chair, pleasant employees and lots of attention.  They do a fine classic manicure and their other services are in demand.  you can get a walk in but I would recommend making an appointment.  With the remodel, there are more chairs for pedi's, numerous tables for your mani's and for those celebrating or spending some time, there is the new wine bar to make sure you have a special experience. I came to this spa om Saturday 3/25.I looked online and saw that this spa had an hour European facial. I scheduled my appointment for 4:30pm. When I got there the room hadn't been set up. I was called to the back at around 4:42pm. Nancy was my fascialist. We got started at around 4:45pm. At 5:19pm Nancy told me that she was done and would see me outside. I love coming here. In this area there are nails salons in every plaza so its easy to bounce around. Fusion nails never disappoints. Their wait time is minimal, they offer a variety of services including different pedicures and nail options and even a paraffin treatment after a gel manicure! Every 'pinterest' inspired design ive brought them, they have executed flawlessly and the best part? A glass of wine or lemon water while you gets your nails done. This used to be my go to spot, but the quality of service has taken a turn for the worse. I was there this past Saturday 3/18 and my gel polish is already peeling! Today is Wednesday. I was serviced by Rocky who gave me a fill and a pedi. I'm not even going to mention that the regular polish on my toes is chipped as well. I'm not sure if it's worth me going back to have them fix it. Considering they are on the higher end price wise compared to the other salons in the area, I'm expecting more. Love this place!  I have been coming here for a while now and I have nothing but good things to say!  The vibe is always pleasant and you can tell everyone takes pride in a job well done.  My nail technician Lynn is very attentive and always makes sure my  nails are to my satisfaction on every visit.  Even if she is not the one doing your nails she still walks around greeting everyone and making sure all the clients are okay. My pedicures are done by Nancy and she is nothing short of fabulous!  I loo for forward to her leg and foot massage at every visit.You will always get greeted upon your arrival.  Once seated for your services, you are offered your choice of beverage, soda, tea, water and even wine for an additional charge.  A small snack plate is also offered with an assortment of items, with fruit as s staple on the plate.  If you are looking for a nail shop that will open you with open arms, you should be here! I should have never gave this place a second chance. I went in for a take off and a manicure with shellac. Mai was my nail tech, she was very personable and knew how to take off the liquid gel without fully removing my real nails. As soon as she realized that I was not put a new gel set on she starting saying my nails will not last and she didn't want to see me in a couple of days because my polish chipped. She was saying it in a playful way, but the care of the shellac manicure deteriorated. My manicure outcome is uneven and bumpy. I guess I will be looking for a new shop. Read Less

I am new to Woodbridge and went to Fusion Nails because of its great reviews on Yelp. I have been there four times total. At my first appointment, I had a new gel set of acrylic nails put on (gel acrylic and gel polish). I did not have any issues with the  new set or the first fill. My second fill (third appointment) was a week ago. After this appointment, I was very unhappy about the quality of work the technician did, and I wrote a detailed review on Yelp about it.Within hours of publishing my review, I was contacted by the store manager, Sunny. She apologized on behalf of the technician who did my fill, and offered to fix my nails herself at no charge. I went in to the shop yesterday and she took her time with my nails to make sure they looked good and that I was happy. I am so impressed by Sunny's prompt message and willingness to fix the issue. She made it right and now, I am so happy with how my nails look - in fact, I can't stop staring at them! She changed my mind about Fusion Nails and has made me definitely want to go back! Read Less

Went for a full set. I showed the technician a picture if the length and shape I wanted. It's hard to tell what the final product will look like when they're first cut off specially when you're getting a different shape so I trusted the length she cut them at. When she was done, they weren't long enough. I asked for a partial refund and she starts arguing with me about how she checked the length with me first.  But I showed her a picture before she even started so I trusted the length she cut them at matched the picture. We came in for a girls day and treated ourselves to a chocolate pedicure and basic mani. Pedicure was nice and the foot massage, paraffin dip, and polish were all perfect. We were offered wine, snacks and more snacks haha. Only complaint I have is that seeing as we both got the same chocolate pedicure which includes 10 minute neck, and shoulder massage.. you would think that we would get the same treatment. My friend got an amazing neck and shoulder massage with pillow and oil. On the other hand, I received a one-minute oil rub on my neck and that was it. It was awkward to sit next to my friend who continued to get an amazing massage while I just sat there lol.Wasn't THAT big of a deal but I definitely would've left a better tip had I got the same. Lynn does 5-star nails . I've never had an acrylic set before that's lasted months without a single broken nail . I used to go to Victory Nails for years and never was more satisfied . Only thing is that their prices are really high (definitely wonder if they make up their own prices when it's time to pay cause what you compare to the brochure they have with prices doesn't equal out) BUT the quality of the work done makes it well worth it . Lynn and staff are Excellent. They have been doing my feet for little over a year.  My nails look so good that I have my husband going with me to get those hooves done (LOL).  I would say this is the best and welcoming place for men to get their feet done!!! I've been here twice now, as it's right around the corner from my house. The first time I had a wonderful experience with a relaxing pedicure and an amazing eyebrow wax. She took her time to make sure that my eyebrows were similar (mine tend to be different) and I was impressed with the service and the outcome. The second time I went I had a mediocre experience. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I was taken in right away and given a fine pedicure. However, this time my eyebrows were done in a hurry and are currently unequal and I still have wax on my eyelids. She didn't even take the time to clean it off! Overall, I'll probably return because of convenience, but know you can have an excellent experience or an average one depending on your technician. Read Less

They burned my finger prints off!! Do not go there!! I Have been going to fusion nail's for almost a year now. I went in with a friend on Friday May 29th. It was a gift from my husband for our 1 year anniversary. My friend and Igot a spa pedicure and gel manicures. The pedicures were fine. We got served wine, twice each. Both times no ID was checked. During my manicure I put my hand in the dryer and after about a 30 seconds I took it out and told Mai (the nail tech) that it was too hot and burning my hands. She told me it was ok and to put it back. I did. We changed hands now. I put the other hand in and it also burned. So I continued to put my hands in but not touch the hot metal at the bottom. That day my husband paid $157.00 and a $40.00 tip. I didn't realize that I had just burned my finger tips!! 3 days later my finger tips started to peel. Kept putting lotion on. Then I realized that this isn't from them being dry, it's because my finger prints were peeling off from the burn. I called them to speak with a manager. She asked me to come in so they can see them. I did. She put finger nail polish remover on the tips because she thought it was glue. It didn't work! As soon as it dried my fingers were peeling again. Both managers on duty said there was nothing they can do because I waited so long to come in!! I asked for a refund of only $41.00 for the cost of the manicure. Not my entire $157.00. Which by the way I had the receipt. Mai was there and told the managers that she had no idea who I was. And Victor who did my friends nails called me a liar in front of everyone. The place was packed. As I was talking to the managers they both walked away from me and ignored me as if I wasn't standing there. I've been coming here since the shop opened and worked mainly with Miley for silk wraps though my best friend, mother, and daughter have been serviced by various other techs and we had no problems until today. Number one, the service and feel has definitely changed since Henry is no longer here. Secondly, I had a silk fill last Wednesday evening and had a lovely shade of red painted on. By Friday morning, two of my wraps had peeled and the polish had chipped on eight of my nails (my silks hold color well as I've always been able to go at least a week before even tip wear). I returned today as it was my first opportunity to have them fixed and fully intended to pay for a polish change and not another fill as it needed to be fixed from before. When I walked in Sunny and Lynne were friendly and nice as always but when I asked for the nails to be fixed and repainted Lynne's attitude completely changed. She forcibly reached across the table and grabbed my hand so hard it cracked my knuckles and then proceeded to halfway remove my polish. She pushed my hands back and started putting the new color on. I looked down and my fingertips, skin and cuticles were red. I told her that I can't have residue like that in my job and could we please try to clean it better. If she was struggling, I'd be happy to help out. She declined. Again she snatched my hands and wrenched my fingers again and started roughly wiping again. When I asked her to just please stop because she was being too rough and it hurt (my fingers are my livelihood and cannot afford to have them broken). Sunny came over and asked what was going on. Lynne spoke in another language to Sunny and was motioning to me then turned and started arguing with me and telling me that my nails were too old (brand new set was put on three weeks ago) and that's why my nails were peeling. Lynne swore that my full set was not new and said we could check the camera to see what I had done so naturally I produced my receipt from three weeks prior and they magically didn't bring that issue up again. I said to Sunny that I just wanted a refund on my four day old fill and she raised her voice at me and said,'no refunds, you get what you get.' I told Sunny that having an attitude like that was unacceptable and that I'm not going to be yelled at by Lynne and having my hands snatched roughly and I wanted a refund to go see Miley at Ibiza where she could fix it. That set Lynne off! She literally started ripping the silk wraps off of my fingers! I got up, stormed out and informed Sunny that I would be contacting the BBB about the customer service received. Fusion really was great before the new owners and honestly Lynne was great as a tech but not an owner. She was so rude and rough that I left almost in tears. I could not believe how after giving them so much business over the years that they could treat me like this. I will never set foot in that establishment again. Read Less
