It must have been the perfect storm, all forces were gather together at one specific location plotting against me, all to ruin my nails and my day. I decided to go to the NY Nail shop just to get a quick manicure. The place is near where I get my lunch and I've been there a couple of times before. They did okay work in the past. I figured grab a manicure, grab lunch and head back to work. I get there (NY Nails) maybe 4 other people in chairs getting their nails done, I was told 10 - 15mins wait. 25 minutes later, I'm asked to take a seat and an "old" lady cuts my nails using cuticle nipper throughout the whole affair, when she was done I had 5 minutes to drive back to work (10 min drive,) and I didn't get a chance to get any lunch! Never going back there again.

I have been going here for years and I will NEVER be back!!!!! The young white girl doing my pedicure was not experienced. She didn't know how to do it. She cut my nails uneven and was missing steps. Mind you, I asked for a sugar scrub and it took them a total of 25 minutes. When I asked her to cut my nails correctly, she became argumentative. She then asked the owners son Johnny to complete them in which he came over and did a rush job. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. If he is going to be this way towards the customers, his mom Young should fire him.

Went Friday and did a full set acrylic French. Looked like a toddler painted my nails. 3 days later acrylic started lifting went back to have them looked at and fixed all I got were excuses. To then be told the gentlemen (son) of the owner was the owner. Neither do I recommend the place nor will go back. He wasn't a clear rush for doing my nails and unprofessional in handling customers. I will be back tomorrow to speak with the owner personally

My husband, daughter, and I went to NY nails on May 20, 2017. The experience was very disappointing. My daughter was getting her nails done for prom. When they were finished with her nails they looked like a 10 year old painted them. We were disappointed but wanted to tip them anyway since it is customary. My husband told them to add $20 to the total but when he looked at his bank statement he noticed that they charged $30 as a tip. Very dishonest and criminal for an establishment to run this way. Do not go there! We left and went straight to Amy's nails. They re shaped and painted my daughters nails. They are fabulous at Amy's Nails!

This was my go to place to have my wife's nails done. Laun was always patient with my wife who struggles to hold still. Sometimes she had to apply polish 3 times to the same nail because my wife would rub it before it had dried. Always friendly, clean and willing to accommodate us at the last minute. I wish I could still bring her in, but she doesn't walk very well now.

the nail tech was nice but that was just about it... i asked for square nails and for them to be think (due to my job thin nails break to fast) . ended up getting square round, uneven and thin as can be. also gel polish is already peeling mind you went there less than a week ago.. will never go back only went here because of the reviews should have rethought that idea....

Saturday morning June21th I decided to get my first pedicure, boy I wish I did't. I got the $27.00 package needless to sAy it was not a good idea. A man did my pedicure and he cut my toe in two places now my whole right foot is so sore that it hurts to walk.I will not be back and I hope people reAd this and are aware!!

I recently took my two toddlers for their first haircuts. I was a little worried about how they'd behave; if they'd sit still long enough; or if they'd walk out with butchered hair. The stylists at Supercuts were wonderful! They are great with kids and did an excellent job on the boys' hair.

It must have been the perfect storm, all forces were gather together at one specific location plotting against me, all to ruin my nails and my day. I decided to go to the NY Nail shop just to get a quick manicure. The place is near where I get my lunch and I've been there a couple of times before. They did okay work in the past. I figured grab a manicure, grab lunch and head back to work. When they were finished with her nails they looked like a 10 year old painted them. We were disappointed but wanted to tip them anyway since it is customary. Sometimes she had to apply polish 3 times to the same nail because my wife would rub it before it had dried. Always friendly, clean and willing to accommodate us at the last minute.
