Not good. Not clean. I have tried them a 3 times after moving here and left each time feeling dissatisfied. My daughters’ nails were crooked and sore after each time. If I wanted Something extra or even glitter placed creatively, they had a hard time achieving it(even with a picture) It seems that rinsing off their tools in your dirty foot water is acceptable to them. Clean, Friendly, efficient, and all  for the right price. I went there for a pedicure last week and went back this week for a massage. Wonderful experience. My daughter and her college friend got pedicures while I got my 30 minute massage. All that for less than $100. What a treat. Read Less

I have used this salon every few months for three years. The salon is very clean and well decorated. They have started using a new nail salon procedure whereby they put plastic in the pedicure bowl prior to filling it. This adds an extra layer of cleanliness. Read Less

I moved to Williamsburg almost a year ago and have only been to one salon - inside of a Walmart. Picking a new salon is overwhelming to me and can go really poorly, but the salon I've been to a couple of times was not working for me. So, I came here since my hair stylist is next door and am SO happy I did. I called early to make sure I could get in for a shellac manicure and Vi was my nail tech. She was so funny and made the whole experience great. I talked to one other woman there and she was great too. They all seemed professional, careful and really invested in doing a good job. I love this place. Me and my mom made an appointment for a luxury pedicure and a manicure. We were going because it was my birthday and we wanted to do something fun together. When we made the appointment, I was a bit skeptical of how good it would be because there werent many customers. The woman, who I assume was the owner of the eatablishment, was extremely friendly and welcoming.When we went the next day, we were greeted by the same woman. She askes us to pick out a color of polish, which was difficult because the selection was huge. Within five minutes me and my mom were sitting in massage chairs letting our feet soak. About five or ten minutes after that, two women came and started removing the nail polish that was on our feet when we got there. All the employees were really friendly. After that, we got about a hour and a half of foot and leg massages then our nails were painted. We were then brought over to another part of the spa and our fingernails were painted. We sat at the dryers for about five minutes, and then our nails were already dry. The store owner took five dollars off for my birthday, and we left.Overall, would definitely reccomens if you are getting your nails painted. I'm definitely coming back with my mom and I may bring my friends. The thing I love is for a two and a half hour session for two people, both getting the MOST EXPENSIVE pedicure and a mani, we still only payed $120. Read Less

Long waits and descent service. I got a good pedicure, however the rub down was forgettable. The guy next to me (that went with me) got his legs rubbed down at a minimum of 5 min a piece when I got a total of five minutes all together. I would go again as a last resort.Read Less

Thought it was a good salon until I got a fungus. When I showed my nail to the gal doing my pedicure she commented " that 's not bad", look at my toes: some of them were black! I found out these places des infect the tubs but not the drainers. So you are exposed to remains of calluses, nails, cuticles and what not from other other people' s feet. Yaaack! I never went back. My daughter and I came in today for pedicures. We were put into chairs to let our feet soak . We were left there for 45 minutes and skipped over three times. I asked for a specific tech (I was referred to that specific person by a friend) and they said no. They did not give me the nail shape I asked for. I even showed the nail tech a picture as an example. They charge for everything. I broke a nail one day after getting a full set and I had to pay $4. Tried to get a mani & pedi and David asked me of I could come back later... this was an hour before closing! I told him I couldn't come back and he said they were very busy- I could see they had maybe 4 people in the salon. I told him I would just go somewhere else and he said okay. Not good customer service at all! I've been going there for three years and I've never been treated so poorly... and now I'll never go back. Yes, because of that one experience. I went in for a pedicure and acrylic nail fill.  A man did my pedicure and was ok.  Another lady with a forearm tattoo says "compassion" was terrible and extremely rude.  She treated me as if she was doing me a favor.  This salon could be better when they learn how to treat paying customers! This is by far the WORST nail salon I've ever been to!!!! I just wanted a simple gel polish change and was hounded to death. The fact that I didn't have enough time for a manicure seemed to bother the manicurist. When looking for polishes she wouldn't leave me alone and when browsing regular polishes she went on and on about how it wouldn't dry fast enough. It sounded like she was disappointed that I didn't need a higher priced service. I just wanted to get out of there and so I told her I just wanted to take the polish off and she immediately started  talking about me to her coworkers because they looked at me and snickered a bit. Don't go here if you want kindness, quality or great products...........the selection of gel polish is a joke!!!! Tried to call ahead, they hung the phone up the first time without even answering. The second call they just never answered. After getting there anyway they sat us down at 1212 and didnt start my wifes pedicure untill 1254 when we were putting our socks on to leave. Upon arrival, the nail tech did not seem to want to have me as a customer. She kind of rolled her eyes when the guy told her to do my service. I should have left, but I leave town tomorrow and really needed my nails done. She didn't say one word to me. I am a strong proponent of good customer service, so a simple "how are you today?" would have been nice. I got a full set and she made 5 of my nail cuticles bleed. Okay, so I've been going here since it open up in 2009ish maybe 2010 when the shopping center was fairly new. It is  one of the few nail salons near by in this area of Williamsburg. There is plenty of parking since it is near Harris Teeter and other businesses. I remember when I first starting going here the owner and her husband would greet me with hugs and genuine conversations but unfortunately the service and customer service has gone down hill. I usually don't like writing about racial preferential treatment but it seems in this salon it has become commonplace the last 4 times I have been. I went today and while it was busy the lady rush through my service and got snappy with me when I told her the water was a bit too hot ( granted I LOVE hot water with my pedicures, truly!). I waited 20 minutes while she attended customers who came after me. She was busy talking to other customers, talking on the phone and leaving me during her service. i have been to a lot of salons and tip pretty good...no less than $15 usually and unfortunately this place has lost their spot as one of the best places for customer service. The pedicure was mediocre considering it was rushed. I wish I could say it was just a one time thing but the last couple times I've been it has been the same experience. The staff has change since I first began going and I am not sure why the  remaining staff have been acting so rude and uncaring. Other than the horrible customer service the salon is very clean and well kept. The luxury pedicures were excellent when I used to get them. The female owner does massages which I have heard were very good but as of late I am not itching to try. I love this salon!  After having some of the best spa treatments in this world in SE Asia, this place is at the top of my list for places to spend my money.It is a clean, pleasant atmosphere and relaxing.I had the VIP pedicure, with one of the male technicians.  I loved the paraffin wax treatment.  I also had a massage with one of the women and it was seriously the best massage of my life.  She worked on my neck and scalp for awhile and used her forearms on my back, which felt amazing.  She was very sweet and friendly.  Unfortunately I do not live local, but I liked it so much I bought a gift card for my sister who does live there, so to support their business.
