I normally don't leave reviews but this shop I had to. I normally got to City Nails across the street but I decided to give Creative Nails a try. Now why did I do that. It's was time for me to get a fill in and some of my nails had lifted. I also had one broken nail. The lady who did my fill in attempted to fix the lifted nails but, only made it worse so, the attempted to fix the nails with supper glue. She proceeded to apply the new layer of acrylic but, you still could see where the nails had lifted. On the other note I had a broken nail that she attempted to fix. Not only was the nail tip she glued on was too small, the nail shape was no where near the rest. I let the lady finish drilling and buffing but, DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT let her polish my nails. I had to get out of her chair at that point. I told her I had somewhere to go. She then offered for me to comeback the next day to get them polished, I kindly declined. Not impressed at all. Called to see if they had an appointment available and was told to come on over they could do my nails in 20 minutes. So I told her I was going to run to the store to get a drink and I'd be there within the 20 minutes. I was there in 17, as soon as I walked in the door they asked me could I wait another 15 minutes. I sat down,  the girl that I understand was going to do my nails got up walked around talking to other employees and then went outside to smoke. I said there about another 5 minutes then got up and walked out no one said a word to me. Not even the chic outside smoking. They definitely weren't interested in my money. Read Less

While vacationing in the area, I used Google maps to find a nice place for a pedicure. Creative nails did not disappoint. They took my friend and I in with little wait time. The place is clean and organized and smells great. The staff is courteous and the massage was heavenly. Definitely worth visiting!Read Less

I really wanted to like this place because of its convenient location. However, I had a very inexperienced nail tech (not her fault), she did not receive the support from the others that she needed, and I was overcharged. For the wax, we went into a back room with a more experienced lady. They did not supply a clean towel for my head, and the experienced lady did the first side, but left the room for the inexperienced lady to do the second. She pulled the wax strips in the wr...ong direction and I tried to talk to her about it, but she didn't understand me due to a language barrier. For the nails, she had to wait on the man to tell her what to do while I sat with my fingers in cold water. She stood beside him for several minutes before he would talk to her. I had to ask her to re-file the rough edges before applying nail polish. She was not wearing gloves, and used her own nail to dig around my nails and to take off extra polish around my nails. Several hours later, and my fingers still hurt, so I soaked them in alcohol when I got home, just in case. The light for the gel was not working properly, so she beat on it every time I needed to put my nails in. She did not know how long I needed to let them sit, and I had to tell her. She tried her best, but she had no support from the others who worked there, and it was evident they knew what was happening. They had other customers there, and to be fair, they seemed like regulars who must have had very different experiences from mine. The final straw for me, though, was when I went to pay. The prices were clearly listed on the board beside the register, but a different lady (possibly the owner) charged me $8 more than what was posted on the board. To overcharge me with the experience I had (that she witnessed) made me very angry. I left a 20% tip for the tech who did my nails, because I have no doubt she didn't earn many today. I will not return to this salon; not because I had an inexperienced tech, but because the rest of the staff did not support her in trying to learn, they did not step in to help when she was obviously floundering, and they overcharged me. I have never had my feet scrubbed and massaged for go long while getting a pedicure! I felt so pampered especially since I'd been doing a lot of walking that weekend. I think she exfoliated each of my feet for at least a minute each, plus gave me an extensive foot massage before applying the polish. This was the basic pedicure, so I was very pleased about that. The quality of the manicure and pedicure themselves was no better or worse than you'd find anywhere else at the price, but I was very happy with getting my feet so pampered! Read Less

They do wonderful work. Always exactly what I am looking for. Whether it is a classic nail color or a fun design- they get it done right. I have had gel manicures, acrylic sets and pedicures at this location. All were great. Read Less

Was looking for a new nail salon and decided on this one based on the good reviews. I enjoyed every minute of it (and I am very particular). Salon is clean and quiet. The service was great. The price was excellent also. Will definitely be back. Read Less

Just left this place. I realllly want to give it more stars but I'll tell you why I only have it three. First the positives, this place is really clean. They have liners for the tubs. A fresh one each time keeps you from questioning if the tub has been sanitized. I only had to wait a few minutes before being seated in a pedicure chair. This is where things went left... The tech was CLEARLY rushing through the pedicure. It was over and done in less than 20 minutes. I know that because the massage chair counts down from 30. Once she was done she grabbed her wallet and phone and told me she would be back to do my manicure. SHE LEFT! After waiting about 20 minutes I told another person that I would take anyone. I expressed my displeasure with the pedicure and told the I would prefer someone else for the manicure. They told me they would get someone else. Imagine my surprise when the same girl Sat back down to do my manicure, awkward... I will admit, she redeemed herself on the manicure. IT WAS GREAT!!!If I were in town I would definitely give this place another try. From looking around the others were giving lots of care and time to the other people getting services. Had an expired groupon, which is still worth the value I paid for it. They refused to accept it..and added bonus...the owner was very rude and uncooperative! A pain in the *** for a mediocre pedicure.
