I went here the other day, got a gel manicure and pedicure. It was reasonably priced ($44) but the store in general looked dirty. The carpets, the equipment, the whole store just seemed dated. I think...
I went here the other day, got a gel manicure and pedicure. It was reasonably priced ($44) but the store in general looked dirty. The carpets, the equipment, the whole store just seemed dated. I think I'd go back if I needed a nail emergency or if it was something simple. Not anything for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

I love this place so much it’s not really pricey and their is amazing work, but they could give new nail style choices but is ok I still love that place. They treat people so kind and Danni is amazing...
I love this place so much it’s not really pricey and their is amazing work, but they could give new nail style choices but is ok I still love that place. They treat people so kind and Danni is amazing at eyebrows and his Wife is really good at nails. I hope that this helps

You may only be paying $21 for a gel manicure, but it will be the worst one of your life. Not even 30 minutes after I left (and they make sure to do it in record fine) it was peeling off. Day ruined

Danny is the only person who can do my eyebrows exactly the way I like them! Period. As for nails, which is why I gave them 3 stars, not so good. Again Danny and his wife do a fantastic job I just wish they could do more. I've been wanting coffin or stiletto nails for a while but I'm either stuck going to some "hood" shop in Hampton or Newport News or having to travel to Norfolk or Virginia Beach. If they updated their shop and services they would definitely be a 5 star experience.

Can't beat the prices here. Clean, not fancy, but very attentive staff who are happy. Cash only. Gel nails for under $20 keeps me coming back whenever I'm in town.

Worst service ever. I got there when it opened and still had a 45 min wait time. Then the put a technician who was so slow that it took 15 mins just to get my nail cut down and buffed. And then the ne...
Worst service ever. I got there when it opened and still had a 45 min wait time. Then the put a technician who was so slow that it took 15 mins just to get my nail cut down and buffed. And then the next technician started then stopped 2 mins in to finish someone else. Leaving me waiting to get finished for another 10 min.

We couldn't get in at Creative Nails and so we came here based on the one review. The service was extremely friendly and the pedicure was thorough but it did not last very long. They do not carry much OPI and all the polishes looked old and dried up. In fact, the color I choose couldn't be opened so the tech brought me another color that was similar. The problem was it was not OPI but an off brand and that may be why it didn't last long. I would try elsewhere before returning, or bring my own polish.

I am from Richmond and was on a mini vacation here in Williamsburg. I was in need of an acrylic fill and decided to stop by this salon. I had a wonderful experience here. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was helped by a gentleman who did my nails beautifully. He informed me that I could get gel finish on my acrylic nails and informed me that most shops don't offer it because they want to make more money by charging people for a whole gel set. He was a very nice guy and I was very pleased with my nails.

I love getting my pedicure done here! Been going there for years. Danny is the best!! There is so much personal attention. The place is clean, and the products and tub are always washed soon after...

The place is clean, and the products and tub are always washed soon after the service is complete. It's hygienic. Friendly atmosphere. You can totally relax in the Massage chairs while your feet get massaged.

I went here the other day, got a gel manicure and pedicure. It was reasonably priced ($44) but the store in general looked dirty. The carpets, the equipment, the whole store just seemed dated. I think I'd go back if I needed a nail emergency or if it was something simple. Not anything for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

We couldn't get in at Creative Nails and so we came here based on the one review. The service was extremely friendly and the pedicure was thorough but it did not last very long. They do not carry much OPI and all the polishes looked old and dried up. In fact, the color I choose couldn't be opened so the tech brought me another color that was similar. The problem was it was not OPI but an off brand and that may be why it didn't last long. I would try elsewhere before returning, or bring my own polish.
