So I only came here because US nails was here because of construction. I ended up not getting someone who I've had before at US nails, instead I got someone who works at this nail salon. I honestly have not got this many compliments on my nails in a while. And I honestly have to thank US nails & Regal nails because I had Ombre before she did this set. Why my tips were still white. I honestly had been dying to get my nails done here for years because i had seen the great designs they do. So I needed a polish change & designs. The first thing I didnt like was how extremely crammed it was in there (not really a big deal, but still) second, once the man started to do my nails (i was getting gel polish) i realize he didnt apply a base coat first. I am in the beauty industry so I know how gel polish works. then i see the polish is soooo thick and sticky. then when im curing them (putting them under the light) i notice it is not a long time at all (realize later its a sensor type of light - which is kind of stupid in my opinion because with gel polish there is a certain amount of time each step needs to be under the light) I asked the guy, once hes done painting, if they're dry, he says yes, touches one then walks away. i could see a slight finger print on the nail but i know im getting designs so i wont be able to see it, whatever. so then I have to wait like 15/20 min  for another man to do my designs. Now dont get me wrong i LOVE every design he did except maybe 2 but not a huge deal-again. i also want to add that the first application of the nail polish was extremely messy. then when the designs were done he didnt use acetone to get of the excess polish, he used the drill - never seen that in my life. I paid almost 30$ for a polish change & designs. Now I know its gel polish & that costs more BUT i did not at all think it was worth that.  the designs yes. literally everything else, no. It has only been one day and 2 of my nails already have the polish chipping off. I just am so upset that I spent all this money & theyre already peeling off. also this all took an hour & a half, which is completely ridiculous. so basically im sayingsmall space, not quality product- atleast nnot the polish that was used on me,  you will be passed around if they're busy & they over charge.also to the people i saw getting waxed behind a curtain - nail techs are not legally allowed wax. waxing does not fall under their scope of practice with their license. so always pay attention to who is waxing you and what they do.  do they wear gloves? do they use a new stick every time they apply wax on you? if not, double dipping can spread diseases. just be careful ladies. I'm giving this salon 1 star for 1 reason only. The nice gentleman that works there. He does a fantastic job on acrylic nails and gel polishes. But the nasty little owner (girl) is far from professional. I used this salon last summer for a number of months and was very pleased with the work done by the cute guy that works there. After 3-4 rude and unprofessional visits with the little girl I will never go back. I'm a big tipper if the job is done right. Her lack of management and overall skills ruin this establishment as well as their business, I'm sure of that in the near future. So don't waste yr time or money stopping in there. I went here on the Tuesday following Mother's Day to celebrate us still surviving as mothers. :) She highly recommended the place to me, stating, "This is the only place I will ever go in the area to get my pedicures." With her confidence in the place, I agreed to go. I was hiving a bit of trouble understanding the woman who was talking to me, but the woman next to me working on my mom could relay messages. That was just a little odd for me, but completely normal. Everything was fine after that (except initially the water was extremely hot and I couldn't put my feet in there for a few minutes)... the staff was friendly and I got to catch up with my mom. It was $50 for  the both of us to get our pedicures, and I tipped $10 after paying. I may go back even tho, I could've done my white chevron on teal design better, I clearly paid because I was supposed to be relaxing. I liked the feeling overall of being there, and only pointed out points for constructive criticism purposes. I will be going there when I decide to get these toes of mine handled again. :) Read Less

i went to just get a basic manicure, it was fabulous! the tech did make me bleed a little but she was very apologetic about it, you could tell she cared. she even put a little flower and some dots with little extra charge. I really enjoyed my experience! Read Less

THIS BY FAR IS THE BEST REGAL NAILS THAT I HAVE BEEN TO I ONLY DEAL WITH STEVEN!! I LIKE 45 MIN AWAY BUT REFUSE TO LET ANYONE ELSE DO MY NAILS, FEET, OR LASHES.
