I wasn’t impressed. Never have I ever experienced so much pain while getting a full set of nails. They were sloppy, acrylic was left all over my fingers and underneath the nail. The man who did them only used a hand file and cut 7 our of my 10 fingers open. When he applied the nail polish it legitimately burned my nail itself. Extremely painful. This place doesn’t even deserve one star.

I’m writing this review from the parking lot because I am so upset! I went in asking for a fill and to keep the length and shape. First, the man was telling me that my square shape was a coffin shape, which is false. Then he cut them significantly shorter and shaped them wide. The polish was so messy. The lengths didn’t match and when I mentioned it he got mad and said I came in the uneven lengths. I couldn’t believe that he got upset and did a sloppy job “fixing” it. I was visibly upset and he did not correct them. I hate them so much!!! I’m literally going home to take them off of my nails. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails services. I would not recommend to anyone!

These folks were terrific! They're not uber fancy, and definitely not snooty, but they are very good at a reasonable price. That works for me. They are really qualified and did a great job. To me that's better than the pricey, smoozy shops that are more about their mystique than about doing a great job and treating their customers well. I will return to this shop every time I'm in VA Beach.

My husband bought a gift certificate from here for my birthday. First of all he spent $50 and my certificate said spa pedi &mani. Not what i got! I got a regular prdi and I wanted something other than a regular mani so I told the man I would pay the difference. He convinced me to do a "dipping" method snd said it would be $10 extra. After maybe 4 hours my nails were lifting and coming up at the sides. He did do them over however they look terrible. I have never had an experience like this EVER! They are very friendly but will not go back

LOVE this nail salon. I bartend and am very rough with my hands. Every other nail salon I go to, I end up having to get a nail fixed or polish redone within two weeks. They are not only attentive of my particular needs, but have even gone out of their way to order my favorite hot pink nail polish over the summer. I have been going here for two years, and after trying 20+ salons over the last ten years, I am a harsh critic and they surpass my expectations consistently. Professional, clean, and a very relaxing atmosphere. I have a crazy schedule and have had to change my appointment or arrived late numerous times, they have always been understanding and gone out of their way to fit me in regardless. The owner is concerned about all the details and the staff is so cute and nice all the time! I get a very particular coffin shaped nail and require extra attention to ensure a durable set. Perfect every time! Thanks KT for being awesome!

My mum and i had a very bad experience after getting our nails done! My nails were all off within 2 weeks and after 6 weeks my mums began falling off and the glue they used on her literally ate through her own nails to the point ALL of the actual nails are broken off half way down with exposed raw weeping skin underneath, a few became very infected and she actually needed antibiotics! We private messaged Nail Affair to let them know of what had happened as we hoped to settle this incident privately and it was read instantly however we never received a reply. VERY VERY unhappy with the way this was NOT dealt with, we do not appreciate being ignored! PLEASE NO ONE GO HERE!!!

No stars. They were rude and rushed. They were really rough with my pedicure and I have pedicures biweekly. First and last time I will go here. Wanted to try somewhere new. Unfortunate experience.

Very nice personable service. $15 for natural nail mani.....Was vacationing and they worked me in easily and quickly. My nails looked great. :) I will return on my next trip.

I wasn’t impressed. Never have I ever experienced so much pain while getting a full set of nails. They were sloppy, acrylic was left all over my fingers and underneath the nail. I’m writing this review from the parking lot because I am so upset! I went in asking for a fill and to keep the length and shape. First, the man was telling me that my square shape was a coffin shape, which is false. Then he cut them significantly shorter and shaped them wide. The polish was so messy. These folks were terrific! They're not uber fancy, and definitely not snooty, but they are very good at a reasonable price. That works for me. They are really qualified and did a great job. To me that's better than the pricey, smoozy shops that are more about their mystique than about doing a great job and treating their customers well. I will return to this shop every time I'm in VA Beach.

My mum and i had a very bad experience after getting our nails done!
