Tony cut and colored my hair. I love it! I have grey hair. I wanted to add pink and purple but I don’t want to strip my hair to do it. He said he could just color the grey and it would look great. I was understandably nervous. I only wanted a little color. Boy did he come through. It looks fantastic. He gave me a super cute short cut also. When he cranks that music up he is amazing! I got my eyebrows threaded and a haircut. Rosy threaded my eyebrows and she was very precise and paid attention to detail, pointing out what I needed to do to let my eyebrows grow back in fully from a previous bad eyebrow threading (at a different place). Hirut cut and blow dried my hair. Again, she was very detailed oriented and walked me through everything she did. Everyone there was friendly and the atmosphere was stylish, yet comfortable. Tony was amazing. It was my first time to visit this salon and definitely won't be the last. I have a huge erea of a damaged hair . He spent time thinking of all the solutions that it could cover it and how to take care of it afterwards. I recently moved within walking distance of this salon and was in extreme need of a haircut. I booked my appointment the day before and they were very accommodating. Once I arrived, I was greeted and offered a variety of beverages while I waited. Stylist cut off 3" of hair instead of 1.5". There are still miscellaneous pieces I'll have to cut since they are over an inch longer than the rest of my hair. The stylist tried her best, but didn't seem comfortable cutting hair. The style didn't come close to the photo I brought in. Lastly, there was a sign outside 20% off for first time customers... I didn't get that discount despite being a first time customer. Why put it out on the sidewalk on a Wednesday if the discount only applies to a Tuesday? The wording of the sidewalk sign is misleading. Another disappointing hair experience. Thank goodness it grows back. The picture below depicts the extra inch of hair I had to cut off on one side of my head and the length difference from one side of my head to the other. Update 7/30: I still really dislike my hair after letting it grow for a month. This is by far one of the worst haircuts I've ever paid for. It is so uneven and every day I dislike it more and more. There isn't even a good way to fix it... At this point it is a waiting game to try and get it to grow out before I can fix it.Read Less
