Got my nails done on Wednesday got the gel polish Thursday morning the polish came off one nail right back Saturday morning to get a nail fix here it is Sunday and the same damn nail Is broke again y'all won't be getting anymore of my money 🙃 I will take a ride to king William or mechanicsville to get my nails done from now on

have gone to this nail salon exclusively since moving to the area 5 yrs ago...no more!
While the person in charge has always been rude today took the cake....I called and asked if they could get me in in for a mani/pedi in 10 mins...I was told yes, I go in and I was told it would be a bit before I could get done, I was not happy about it but Sat patiently...the "person in charge" told me to pick a color and then told to have a seat at a pedicure chair that still had the towel and supplies from the previous customer....what???
I pay close to $100 each time I go and am supposed to be treated like this...no today, or any other day, I am done with them!

Went and he made my real nails super short and they were filed crooked and I had to ask him to fix it. But turned out nice and short.

Poorly shaped nails every visit and I even have to reshape them when I get home. Today I went and got a set of nails that I had to remove because this time they were very painful

Got there at 10am (when they open) and before I even put both feet in the door, the man told me to come back at 11:30, very unhappy considering I came all the way from Montross

Like this place, they do a great job on nails but I do not like the pedicures. I do not feel like the job is done as far as pedicures. Nails and waxing is great though

Guy charged me more than what I agreed to pay. He did not give me the nails I wanted. He did what he wanted to do. Very dis satisfied.
