This salon doesn't deserve 1 star. My sister & I went in today for pedi's and I was getting mani also. 1 client in salon when we go in. I should have not gone in when the door was proped open, owner is walking around no shoes, feet NASTY and the white jacket she had on didnt look like it had ever been washed. She seats us for pedis. 2 guys are standing there. 1 of the guys does both of our pedis. I wont even go into the details, except to say dont waste your time or money. The lady started my mani with her leg proped up on my chair while the guy that doesnt know how to do a pedi was wasting my time. During the time we are there the owner had words with 2 clients and they left. I try to support Suffolk businesses but wasted 32.00 in this one. DON'T GO THERE !!!!!!!! Read Less

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just moved to Suffolk and was looking for a new nail shop and decided to try Pro Nails. My first trip here was bad. I felt rushed and didn't like my feet when I left. The lady filed my toenails at an angle and my polish looked liked a 12 year old did them. After 2 months I decided to give it another try and I'm mad at myself for coming back. The older lady rushed through my pedicure again and then threw hot towels and and trash bag on me and started doing someone's nails. Well first of all this was not my first choice of nail salons...but everywhere I went was short handed and the wait was at least an hour. I googled this place and it awful... So I said let me see for my self. And low and behold it was truly Awful... Everything previous customers had said about the staff was true. Mind you they were not rude to me but not pleasant..they gave off a vibe of not caring whether I was there or not.. There was one other customer drying and I was getting a pedicure. A previous customer came in for a polish change and all hell broke loose. The customer wanted a polish change and he said 8 dollars. She said he quoted her 5 dollars the last time she was in the shop and that was right before Christmas. The customer was angry that he was charging a different price than quoted and different that the price list on the wall.. which was 5 dollars. The man told her "8 dollars not 5 dollars and the woman chimed in as well" go somewhere else he said ! After she was gone he said there is a nail shop an every corner go there.. then asked me did I agree.. He is as rude as they come.. Suggest thismk is not a good relaxing environment.. Terrible experience I was on vacation decided to treat my self the girl totally had no clue she made both my toes and finger nails bleed three times I told her be careful my finger nails were shocking no shape what so ever in the end I told her to stop word of advice Eve this particular girl needs serious training she shouldn't be behind s nail file Read Less

Really concerned my daughter was quoted $50 then they put the price up for nail length etc and only put the price up $60 when she went to pay. Disappointed they have taken advantage of 13 year old. Very rude poor service and Cindy is very unprofessional as result the work they do suck...my daughter got a full set from the man and four of her nails popped off in less than 2 weeks time and the pedicure experience lasted all of 10 minutes she literally scraped no skin although she used the scraper and the polish was running everywhere because she applied too much... this by far has and was one of the worse experiences I've encountered getting mani/pedi done. RACIST, JUDGMENTAL, AND THE RUDEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET !!!! Great customer service! The price is very reasonable for what you get. I LOVE the massage chairs for the spa pedicures. They accept appointments and are open until 7:30pm and open 7 days a week. Sunday 11-4pm. Very friendly. I recommend this business. Read Less

I booked an appointment to get my nails done. When I came in for my appointment, it was obvious I shouldn't have bothered. My appointment time was at 2 ( I even got there a bit early), and I want seen until 2.45. The salon was packed. They were obviously desperate to make money and disregarded clients' comfort. My nails felt very rushed. The acrylic is VERY thick and looks terrible - very unflattering. Before applying the nails it felt like the staff member just about sande...d my entire real nails off. My nails were quite sore the following two days. I'm honestly concerned about getting these nails removed. The staff member could not even shape my nails properly. I left with nails that were completely unlike what I asked for. I've had to re-shape them myself. I feel very ripped off and completely unsatisfied with my experience. Eve is the only place I will ever go to have my nails done. Each time I have been, the quality and longevity of my nails is outstanding. Not only do they do an amazing job with me but they are also so accomodating to children. They provide a relaxing and professional atmosphere within an environment of decor that is devine. Without a doubt my new favourite nail bar on the Gold Coast! The decor is exquisite and so is the workmanship! The girls take their time and actually care what your nails look like. By far the WORST experience I've ever had!!! Upon entering the place the older woman was extremely rude to my friend and I. The price list stated that a full set is $20, I wanted a little longer so my price went up to $25 and I was ok with that but I told her I was paying no more than $25 for my nails. I also got my eyebrows waxed, now I can say that was pretty good. $25 + $8 = $33 but when the woman saw that I had polish out (regular, NOT gel) she said my total was going to be $40!!! No way my total went up $7 because I wanted the acrylic painted over. Since when do full sets price not include nail polish?? I still ended up paying $35 total.She was MESSY and tried to make more money out of me than what was rightfully hers. Not to mention it wasn't worth it because she sloppily pained my nails and I watched her dip the nails in acetone then glued them on my tips while still wet which I've never seen done before! I had my nails done at EVE Pacific Fair in preparation for my engagement ring. I loved how Karen didn't rush at all, she took her time which made me feel special. They were all so accommodating, I had brand new puppies who were sleeping in a trolley and they were kind enough to let me sit near them. Loved the place and staff so nice and friendly but I Got my nails painted with Shellac and told it was worth spending the extra money on as it would stay on my nails for around 4 weeks. Have had shellac before which lasted the full 4 weeks with only small chips. Most of it peeled off within 6 days, got it re done and it then peeled off the next day! Met the owner Le, who had been in the business for 21 years. Stumbled across this salon in a strip mall and he was spectacular. If I were ever to be coming back through Virginia I would certainly go out of my way to go by his salon.  Told the owner that I was on a tour of the United States in my motorhome, he loved that idea. Had Cindy do a shellac french manicure for me on xmas eve & she was horrible.  Didn't cut the nails evenly, left jagged edges, didn't push or clip the cuticles down and did a horrible job on the white tips.  They look horrible!!!  She was in such a rush and was very unfriendly.  She also had on a white lab coat type of jacket that was filthy.  I will NEVER go back there again!
