I am giving them 5 stars because of Kristy. I live in NC and travel to Suffolk just to get my eyelashes and brows done. She slays them every single time. I have had full sets, fill ins, manicures, and pedicures here. The young guy is the best for nails and the older gentlemen for feet. I specifically come here just for eyelashes/brows. I have heard Kristy is an awesome nail tech too. If you can pry her away from the eyebrow station you may can get her for a full set. You can also get into the the eyelash station quicker if you get a full set.

I am giving them 5 stars because of Kristy. I live in NC and travel to Suffolk just to get my eyelashes and brows done. She slays them every single time. I have had full sets, fill ins, manicures, and pedicures here. The young guy is the best for nails and the older gentlemen for feet. I specifically come here just for eyelashes/brows. I never went to a nail shop where customer services was so poor. The lady that did my nails didn't know what she was doing, she made my nails sore, and she didn't know how to the cat eye polish on my nails and also she didn't do my nails right. I just told her to paint them clear. I will not be coming back to this horrible place no more first and last time.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.... 2/15/2018 I go to this place all the time. However tonight the service was awful. The nail tech began to break my nails (I have long healthy nails) I told her over and over to not break my nails. After, she broke the third nail I told her to stop and got up. I preceded to pay for my pedicure that was done very poorly and the nail tech began to talk (in her language) about me. When I told the young lady who do the lashes she only replied sorry. I said yea I bet n walked out... I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I HAVE ALWAYS TIPPED NO LESS THAN $10 FOR A SERVICE. Customer service sucks and they obviously don’t care about their customers...

I have been a customer for a very long time (almost 10 years). Tonight, I was denied service for their reason of "made a mess at my last visit". Well let me tell you, the mess I supposedly made was me...
I have been a customer for a very long time (almost 10 years). Tonight, I was denied service for their reason of "made a mess at my last visit". Well let me tell you, the mess I supposedly made was me simply asking for a detail view of my services. That's it. As a customer I have the right to ask why my bill is the way it is. If anything happened after I left, it was not my fault. Long story short, they will never get my business ever again. Oh, the person that everyone trust with their nails suddenly decided that she only wants to do eyebrows and eyelashes. Look around Kristy, your clientele is at an all time low and will continue to decline until you realize that you do have competition in the area and people do have options other than your business.

This place really is horrible now. Used to be pretty quick even though super busy. Went for basic pedicure. Say with my feet soaking for an hour. Not even acknowledged once I sat down to soak. Needles...
This place really is horrible now. Used to be pretty quick even though super busy. Went for basic pedicure. Say with my feet soaking for an hour. Not even acknowledged once I sat down to soak. Needless to say I left. Not one person made an attempt to keep my business. They have become unfriendly and slow as dead lice. Never again.

I never went to a nail shop where customer services was so poor. The lady that did my nails didn't know what she was doing, she made my nails sore, and she didn't know how to the cat eye polish on my nails and also she didn't do my nails right. I just told her to paint them clear. I will not be coming back to this horrible place no more first and last time.

This place really is horrible now. Used to be pretty quick even though super busy. Went for basic pedicure. Say with my feet soaking for an hour. Not even acknowledged once I sat down to soak. Needless to say I left. Not one person made an attempt to keep my business. They have become unfriendly and slow as dead lice. Never again.
