I went there and asked to get a Gel Mani/Pedi meaning Gel on both hands and toes. Little did I know when I got home I found out they gave me a Gel Mani and a regular Pedi. I called them to let them know that's not what I asked for. They talked to each other a long time and harshly talked to me on the phone accusing me of not paying enough to be getting gel on both hands and feet! How would I have known, I just paid what they said! That was also odd, because they were quoting the girl next to me on a Prom Special Gel Mani/Pedi - an amount $10 less than what they charged me, for exactly same thing. The Gel Mani did not even last 10 days, it started lifting after a week and bothered me the whole time I was on vacation. When I returned I stopped by there to remove the Gel Mani remnants and complained that I had never gone on vacation with a regular Pedi knowing it would not last in beach water. They said come back pay $25 more we give you a Gel Pedi. When I went back, after I sat down and the girls started working, she asked do you want a quick Pedi or full Pedi? When I said the owner told me Gel Pedi for $25 which would have been what I had originally asked for the first time, they made an ugly scene in front of their customers, basically ganged up on me, we will not cut your cuticles and give you Gel Pedi for $25. We only apply Gel without cutting cuticles for $25, if you want cleaned up, you must pay $58. I just got up and left. Clearly, I should have listened to other moms who told me this place has gone down the hill.

I went last Saturday 31/03 to have my nails done and to have a relaxing time, the girl that did my nails was very busy being cashier as well and of course talking none stop with the other girl next to her (it’s ok if they talked but come on focus on my nails and let me relax), she told me she was done with me, I didn’t get a hands massage which I’m use to in all the nails salon and it’s one of the reasons why I go to get my nails done. I was ok, I’m tired let’s go home they charged me $25 which is ok but not for the services I got, plus the gel of my nails started to peel off just 4 days after having my nails done, seriously? It’s gel, it’s supposed to last way longer than that, and let’s not talk about how the girl applied the polish nail, in just 4 days it looks like I had it done two weeks ago. PLEASE DON’T GO THERE. I went to this place bc of the reviews in Yelp, but now that I checked that better, oh surprise! the good reviews are of people that I saw working there.

This place is really hit or miss. I've been here a few times and it seems I can never get the same nail tech. I did notice that the instruments that they use are in blue sterilization bags but the bags are not sterilized. How do I know this you may ask? Well I work in a dental office and we sterilize our instruments the exact same way in the same bags. When the bag has gone through the sterilization process there is a pink dot on the bag that turns brown. When I asked about this I was given the run around about the bags burning in the machine which just means they don't know how to use it. This should never happen. Also I always feel rushed when I am in there. I totally understand they want to maximize their time but I hate having my finger nails wrapped to remove the gel polish while I am sitting for a pedicure. This renders my hands totally useless..... also I find it very rude when the nail techs are super chatty with one another while rendering a service. I don't care that they talk to one another.... I don't even care that I have no idea what they are saying... but what bothers me is that they stop what they are doing to chat and this makes for a less relaxing appt.

My first time. I had my pedicure but I'm not satisfied with the quality of work. The services on their menu are inviting , so as the chairs with massager but $60 like nothing is done. Felt nothing except my feet are soaked in water, applied of mud pack rinsed and that's it ! Cuticle is not even removed. Staff are noisy. Kept on talking in their language thus unethical, not focusing on what the need to do.

My sister made an appointment on a Thursday at 5 pm for 5 women and 2 kids. It was for her wedding so it should have been really fun. Well 1 woman and her 2 kids did not come, however, they STILL didn't have enough girls for our appointment at 5PM. It was strangely busy and they seemed to work on anyone regardless if they had an appointment. So the grooms mother sat in her pedicure chair for maybe 15 minutes waiting for someone. The girl who did my nails rushed through and it was so sloppy. One shower later and the nail polish is already coming off. Don't waste your money.

Do not ever go get your eyebrows waxed here. I went today to get them done for a date tonight. She made them way to short at the ends, they were different shapes and messed up the previous shape that was there, and left hair everywhere that still needed to be plucked. It's so dark in the room and the mirror is in the corner so its hard to see what they really look like while you are still in the room. When i got home and saw I was so upset I paid. I had to come home and still pluck them myself and try to even them out and did my best to make them look as good as possible. This was my 1st and last time ever getting my eyebrows waxed here!

Pedicure, my tech was barely paying attention to what she was doing and instead paying attention to everything going on in the salon. She did a horrible job painting my toes. You can see marks and parts of my nails she didn't even paint. I was so mad, I paid my money and left. I will never go there again and will tell my friends as well. If you are going to charge those kind of prices, you better follow it up equally w their service. Beyond disappointed. Do NOT waste your money. This place is horrible.

I had taken my daughter for a nail filling today. First the service provider ripped the skin off my daughter's finger with electronic filer and then was rude enough not to say sorry. She had put in the fillings but had not completed the filing and the rest of services, she was half way through when she got up and said I cannot complete the job because I just remembered I had given appointment time to another customer, as she saw a white woman walk in. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I really hate to leave a negative review... really. I'm the kind of person who will give WENDY'S a good review if they serve me fresh fresh fries.I digress. My friend and I called Tiffany's, made two appointments, and said we wanted to sit next to one another, and they agreed to our request. When we arrived, however, they tried to separate us. I told them that we would wait as long as we needed to wait to be able to sit together, and the technician actually rolled her eyes at me. What transpired after that was a very rushed, sloppy, and disappointing manicure.The technicians were clearly annoyed with us and spent NO time whatsoever trying to make our nails look nice. I think my nails actually looked better BEFORE the manicure. The nails were completely mis-shapen; no attempt to make them look uniform in size or shape. The gel polish was so uneven that I could see streaking even after a third coat. My friends' finger was cut... yes, finger- not cuticle... which she later suffered an infection from. I actually cringed when I handed the technician a tip because the manicure was so poorly executed and we were treated as though we were just two annoying high school girls who wanted to sit together to talk about boys and teen angst. I thought about talking to management right then and there, but were they gonna do? Give me a gift certificate to get my nails done there again? NO thank you. I wouldn't go back... even if it was for a free manicure.

Been going here off and on for years. Today the gentleman who owns/manages the place was not out on the sales floor so the ladies were all talking loudly in Vietnamese. Not relaxing at all. My tech never offered me a drink but every other tech did give their clients one. She finished up left me in my,chair. Did not,help me out of it after my pedicure. Highly doubt I will go back as each year it seems to be getting worse.

I had an appointment booked for a gel mani and pedi, but half way out they said that my nail technician was double booked and someone else came in and finished up my nails. I got gels for the first time because everyone told me how long they would last. I figured that since I was going on vacation it would be nice not to think about my nails. I got my nails done on a Thursday and by Saturday one nail had peeled off. I figured it was a fluke, but I didn't have time to go back and get it repainted. Yesterday, only five days after getting my nails done, the rest of them peeled off. Overall the place was very clean and they were friendly, but the work was pretty bad, especially when it is supposed to last more than five days. I don't think I will be going back here.

I don't know how this place has such bad reviews! My fiancé and I were looking for a place close to where we live to get a quick pedicure, and we decided on Nails at Tiffany's. Not only were we taken immediately on Christmas Eve, but the salon was clean and the technicians were friendly. My technician went above and beyond to decorate my nails and pick a color that I loved. I was offered something to drink and the massage was wonderful. I am now ready to celebrate the holidays!

Employees have been consistent and have been with Tiffany for a very long time. That says a lot in itself. I highlight recommend this business.

I went in for fills and fix 2 broken nails. I was given to a lady that did not know how to do the French (pink and white) acrylic nails. Did not take all the acrylic off my 2 broken nails. Someone by the name of Lauren (by her name tag) came to do my 2 broken nails with the white and pink. She didn't put primer on them after I advised her that the other lady didn't put any on and she was gonna put the new acrylic on top of the old one that Rhett other lady never took off!! No polish,. I liked them buff shiny! I asked if there was an extra charge for buffing, Lauren said OK no charge for buffing. The lady that starter didn't use any buffing creme and their not shiny!! I just wanted you get out! By now I have been there almost 11/2hrs!!! When asked how much I owed they proceed to tell me $40!!!!! I said I don't think so!!! Left $25csh and $3 tip and walked out!!! I would not go back again and I wouldn't recommend anyone either!!! Bad service and price gauging!!!!

Bad Experience!!I'm a regular customer here and I've never been satisfied with how the employees treat the customers. Today was the worst experience I've had so far! First of all, I told the women who were working that I would like a normal manicure, not gel or acrylic, but they wouldn't let me and kept on insisting I get gel. I told them no because I have an event in 6 days for which I have to take my nail polish off for and that a gel or acrylic manicure is unneeded. Even after hearing this, they acted as if they didn't hear me and continued to push me to get a gel manicure. After about 5 minutes, they gave up and the woman doing my nails acted vey rudely towards me. Secondly, my manicure was VERY bad quality. Right after she finished, it looked as if the polish had already been on for a week, it was chipping and looked like something I could do myself in much better quality! The staff is so rude AND the place is so dirty! NEVER going back again and definitely wouldn't recommend !!!

The nails are too thin, they will brake even when they are short. The shellac is uneven in the curticle area. I went home and did the nails by myself again. I'm a manicure stylist and know good work looks like... Sorry guys, but the service is terrible... Never again!!!!!!! Don't waist your money...

I got my nails done on Thursday here. Full gel set. It was somewhat dark inside the salon to me. Once I walked outside after having them done, I went back and told the owner my nails didn't look good I wasn't satisfied. The owner told me they would redo them. I didn't have time that day and we agreed on me coming back Monday. I went back on Monday and they wouldn't redo them. I didn't want to spend anymore money there knowing I wouldn't be satisfied with the service. A friend at my work had the same experience last week there. I will be taking my business else where and spreading the word.

I went to Tiffany's in Countryside on Friday to get a manicure and pedicure before my Wedding. The salon has changed names and is under new management. I believe the name is Sunni's. I had made an appointment for myself and my then fiance. Apparently it means nothing to have an appointment. All of the technicians were busy and we waited a half an hour to get seated. That didn't mean we had our nails done, we were just seated and told to soak our feet. My water was scalding hot, my husband's water was cold. They couldn't have been any more rude. Both my technician and my husband's technicians were surly. After I had my pedicure, I told the technician that I wanted a manicure (which she should have known because we had an appointment). She asked me what color I wanted and I told her that I didn't know. She said "you've been here an hour and you don't know what color you want". I had wanted a gel manicure and I had no idea where they kept the colors. She grabbed the tray of colors and handed them to me. We'll never go back!

Get what you pay for !!

This renders my hands totally useless..... also I find it very rude when the nail techs are super chatty with one another while rendering a service. I don't care that they talk to one another.... I don't even care that I have no idea what they are saying... but what bothers me is that they stop what they are doing to chat and this makes for a less relaxing appt.

My first time. I had my pedicure but I'm not satisfied with the quality of work. The services on their menu are inviting , so as the chairs with massager but $60 like nothing is done. Felt nothing except my feet are soaked in water, applied of mud pack rinsed and that's it ! Cuticle is not even removed. Staff are noisy. Kept on talking in their language thus unethical, not focusing on what the need to do.

My sister made an appointment on a Thursday at 5 pm for 5 women and 2 kids. It was for her wedding so it should have been really fun. Well 1 woman and her 2 kids did not come, however, they STILL didn't have enough girls for our appointment at 5PM. It was strangely busy and they seemed to work on anyone regardless if they had an appointment. So the grooms mother sat in her pedicure chair for maybe 15 minutes waiting for someone. The girl who did my nails rushed through and it was so sloppy. One shower later and the nail polish is already coming off. Don't waste your money.

Do not ever go get your eyebrows waxed here. I went today to get them done for a date tonight. She made them way to short at the ends, they were different shapes and messed up the previous shape that was there, and left hair everywhere that still needed to be plucked. It's so dark in the room and the mirror is in the corner so its hard to see what they really look like while you are still in the room. When i got home and saw I was so upset I paid. I had to come home and still pluck them myself and try to even them out and did my best to make them look as good as possible. This was my 1st and last time ever getting my eyebrows waxed here!

I am new to the area and stopped by this place to get a pedicure. After getting bullied into the $45!! Pedicure, my tech was barely paying attention to what she was doing and instead paying attention to everything going on in the salon. She did a horrible job painting my toes. You can see marks and parts of my nails she didn't even paint. I was so mad, I paid my money and left. I will never go there again and will tell my friends as well. If you are going to charge those kind of prices, you better follow it up equally w their service. Beyond disappointed. Do NOT waste your money. This place is horrible.

She had put in the fillings but had not completed the filing and the rest of services, she was half way through when she got up and said I cannot complete the job because I just remembered I had given appointment time to another customer, as she saw a white woman walk in. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I really hate to leave a negative review... really. I'm the kind of person who will give WENDY'S a good review if they serve me fresh fresh fries.I digress. My friend and I called Tiffany's, made two appointments, and said we wanted to sit next to one another, and they agreed to our request. When we arrived, however, they tried to separate us. I told them that we would wait as long as we needed to wait to be able to sit together, and the technician actually rolled her eyes at me. What transpired after that was a very rushed, sloppy, and disappointing manicure.The technicians were clearly annoyed with us and spent NO time whatsoever trying to make our nails look nice. I think my nails actually looked better BEFORE the manicure. The nails were completely mis-shapen; no attempt to make them look uniform in size or shape. The gel polish was so uneven that I could see streaking even after a third coat. My friends' finger was cut... yes, finger- not cuticle... which she later suffered an infection from. I actually cringed when I handed the technician a tip because the manicure was so poorly executed and we were treated as though we were just two annoying high school girls who wanted to sit together to talk about boys and teen angst. I thought about talking to management right then and there, but were they gonna do? Give me a gift certificate to get my nails done there again? NO thank you. I wouldn't go back... even if it was for a free manicure.

Been going here off and on for years. Today the gentleman who owns/manages the place was not out on the sales floor so the ladies were all talking loudly in Vietnamese. Not relaxing at all. ��My tech never offered me a drink but every other tech did give their clients one. She finished up left me in my,chair. Did not,help me out of it after my pedicure. Highly doubt I will go back as each year it seems to be getting worse.

I had an appointment booked for a gel mani and pedi, but half way out they said that my nail technician was double booked and someone else came in and finished up my nails. I got gels for the first time because everyone told me how long they would last. I figured that since I was going on vacation it would be nice not to think about my nails. I got my nails done on a Thursday and by Saturday one nail had peeled off. I figured it was a fluke, but I didn't have time to go back and get it repainted. Yesterday, only five days after getting my nails done, the rest of them peeled off. Overall the place was very clean and they were friendly, but the work was pretty bad, especially when it is supposed to last more than five days. I don't think I will be going back here.

I don't know how this place has such bad reviews! My fiancé and I were looking for a place close to where we live to get a quick pedicure, and we decided on Nails at Tiffany's. Not only were we taken immediately on Christmas Eve, but the salon was clean and the technicians were friendly. My technician went above and beyond to decorate my nails and pick a color that I loved. I was offered something to drink and the massage was wonderful. I am now ready to celebrate the holidays!

Employees have been consistent and have been with Tiffany for a very long time. That says a lot in itself. I highlight recommend this business.

I went in for fills and fix 2 broken nails. I was given to a lady that did not know how to do the French (pink and white) acrylic nails. Did not take all the acrylic off my 2 broken nails. Someone by the name of Lauren (by her name tag) came to do my 2 broken nails with the white and pink. She didn't put primer on them after I advised her that the other lady didn't put any on and she was gonna put the new acrylic on top of the old one that Rhett other lady never took off!! No polish,. I liked them buff shiny! I asked if there was an extra charge for buffing, Lauren said OK no charge for buffing. The lady that starter didn't use any buffing creme and their not shiny!! I just wanted you get out! By now I have been there almost 11/2hrs!!! When asked how much I owed they proceed to tell me $40!!!!! I said I don't think so!!! Left $25csh and $3 tip and walked out!!! I would not go back again and I wouldn't recommend anyone either!!! Bad service and price gauging!!!!

Bad Experience!!I'm a regular customer here and I've never been satisfied with how the employees treat the customers. Today was the worst experience I've had so far! First of all, I told the women who were working that I would like a normal manicure, not gel or acrylic, but they wouldn't let me and kept on insisting I get gel. I told them no because I have an event in 6 days for which I have to take my nail polish off for and that a gel or acrylic manicure is unneeded. Even after hearing this, they acted as if they didn't hear me and continued to push me to get a gel manicure. After about 5 minutes, they gave up and the woman doing my nails acted vey rudely towards me. Secondly, my manicure was VERY bad quality. Right after she finished, it looked as if the polish had already been on for a week, it was chipping and looked like something I could do myself in much better quality! The staff is so rude AND the place is so dirty! NEVER going back again and definitely wouldn't recommend !!!

The nails are too thin, they will brake even when they are short. The shellac is uneven in the curticle area. I went home and did the nails by myself again. I'm a manicure stylist and know good work looks like... Sorry guys, but the service is terrible... Never again!!!!!!! Don't waist your money...

I got my nails done on Thursday here. Full gel set. It was somewhat dark inside the salon to me. Once I walked outside after having them done, I went back and told the owner my nails didn't look good I wasn't satisfied. The owner told me they would redo them. I didn't have time that day and we agreed on me coming back Monday. I went back on Monday and they wouldn't redo them. I didn't want to spend anymore money there knowing I wouldn't be satisfied with the service. A friend at my work had the same experience last week there. I will be taking my business else where and spreading the word.

I went to Tiffany's in Countryside on Friday to get a manicure and pedicure before my Wedding. The salon has changed names and is under new management. I believe the name is Sunni's. I had made an appointment for myself and my then fiance. Apparently it means nothing to have an appointment. All of the technicians were busy and we waited a half an hour to get seated. That didn't mean we had our nails done, we were just seated and told to soak our feet. My water was scalding hot, my husband's water was cold. They couldn't have been any more rude. Both my technician and my husband's technicians were surly. After I had my pedicure, I told the technician that I wanted a manicure (which she should have known because we had an appointment). She asked me what color I wanted and I told her that I didn't know. She said "you've been here an hour and you don't know what color you want". I had wanted a gel manicure and I had no idea where they kept the colors. She grabbed the tray of colors and handed them to me. We'll never go back!

Price is reasonable but the place is dirty. Can't even set my phone down so she gave me a small hand towel. The employees are rude because they kept speaking in their own language and laughed the entire time. She did do a good job with the mani , pedi. Just wish it was a clean place. Oh well.. Get what you pay for !!
