This place was the best nail salon experience I've ever had!! The shop was clean and beautifully decorated.  Every employee was fun to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about nail health.  A manicure is around $24 dollars but your first one is free! Our pedicures ended being around $50.  It's a little more expensive but totally worth it. I don't think I can go anywhere else now! We were offered beverages and warm neck pillows when we sat down for our pedicures.  The pedicure chairs looked like they were custom made. From the moment I called to make my appt I knew this nail experience would be different from the traditional nail salons that I have gone to.  Carter took a few minutes to tell me about the services and didn't rush me off the phone with me not knowing for sure if I made an appt or not.  I had an hour appt for a pedi and an hour for a mani.  Magnolia's itself was amazing!  The colors and decor were so relaxing that the moment I walked in I felt happy and carefree. Carter greeted me professionally and offered me coffee, tea, soda or Pierre and a warm neck pillow.  Emily was my nail tech but she was so much more than a tech, honesty she was more like a nail expert! She explained everything as she was doing it and pointed out many of the reasons why Magnolia's was different.  The cleanliness was impeccable.  I had zero concerns of cross contamination.  No nail dust, no dirt. The floors were clean the chairs were clean and comfortable!  I am a bit of a germaphobe and I could find nothing that I was concerned about.  The quality of both pedi and mani is incredible- I am on day 2 and with my normal mani I would already have a chip but my nails still look great! They offer different options; hydration moisture maintenance or mani with glamour (which is polish). I got polish this time but I will definitely get the moisture maintenance my next time in. This was my first actual manicure and pedicure experience and I have to say it will not be my last.  I scheduled an appointment for myself and my friend over the phone.  The gentleman who spoke with me was courteous, helpful and informative.  The ladies who performed our pedicures and manicures were prompt, friendly, thorough and put us at ease even though I clearly had never done this sort of thing before.All of my nails look wonderful now, despite starting out looking ragged and damaged and my toenails actually look nice enough to show off.I will definitely be coming back in the near future. I visited Mangolia yesterday. I want to love this place, but a strong like is what I will settle on. It's beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff was very, very nice and attentive. The experience was great up to the actual color on the nails.  Once I got home and was able to see my nails up close I was very upset to see very uneven polish and streaking. How they missed this and let me out of there is disappointing, and I'm upset I didn't notice either.  I also managed to ding both of my thumbs on the way home, proving that they were not dry enough to leave. It was free since it was my first time, so I guess I can't complain too much, except for the fact that I was there two hours and only got a manicure. Finally a place that cares about the health of my nails and not just the appearance. Each service takes an hour and is preformed throughly with great nurturing products. The massage was perfect with good pressure. They served me tea and water. They also gave me a warm neck wrap which smelt amazing and made me feel cozy. I love chandeliers and they have multiple really adds to the ambiance. Everyone I encountered was friendly, informed and engaging. The manager took the time to make sure my experience was satisfactory and you can tell he cares about his customers and providing the very best service. The location is nice because there is a Cafesano next door and a cake place. What more do you need in life . Great place to spend a few hours and really treat yourself. This business definitely deserves 5 stars for their excellent customer service, care and attention to nail care and the aura of this beautiful well thought of nail salon or clinic as they call it! I treated my daughter to a mani/pedi for her birthday and they welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door! Note: free mani for first timers! The manager was super nice and very knowledgeable about nail care and his products. The receptionist was very nice as well. The products they use are unlike your regular nail salons. They DO NOT use gel or powder; only natural skin care products which sets this nail salon a part from your regular salons. The quality of their products and services are worth the price! I had my first (of many) manicures at Magnolia's today and it was amazing. The store is beautiful and clean and comfortable and just lovely. The services were just as nice with great care, and explanation and all about healthy products and maintenance. I love that the technicians all go through a detailed training and love that Carter (owner) was in the store and was around for a lovely conversation and history of the name and reason for the store. Beautiful salon, friendly staff and owner, amazing techniques, and quality you would expect from a spa. Pampering all around. They focus on what is best for your nails, hands and feet. Not about what will make them the most money. Every artist has been trained the same procedure and follow step by step instructions for each service. I know that if I want the same manicure that I got today, I will get it that way every time I go in no matter what. As someone who's had quite a few manis throughout the years, I can say that the one I had at Magnolia's was without a doubt, my favorite. I was initially greeted by Carter and his friendly staff (Judy and Audry), and offered a beverage and a heated neck wrap. They were very attentive and treated my hands for about an hour. The mission of this salon is not to temporarily beautify, but to help you achieve healthy, elegant nails in the long-term. Magnolia's does not offer acrylics or gel nails as it doesn't align with their emphasis on nail health. Overall, I've never been so impressed with how my hands/nails looked and felt after a manicure. I came yesterday evening to try out this salon and I wasn't exactly sure what it would be like based off of their description. But when I left I felt so educated about nail growth and ways/products to help your nails! The owner Carter greeted me and my friend so nicely- and offered us a beverage and told us to go pick our colors. Then once i picked my color we were offered warm/hot pads on our necks. Which my friend told him yes to me having one- when I wasn't sure if I did. But- was totally glad she said yes for me! That made me so relaxed!! The staff really cared about what's best for MY nails, which is rare. They use different products on each person. They saw that my nails were still recovering from having acrylics, so they did need a bit more care. Everything was a perfect experience. Something that also caught my eye was how clean they are. They are constantly washing their tools and cleaning up as they go. The place is spotless! I ended up buying a sugar scrub because oh my!!! I just came back from the first free manicure and all I can say is wow. Magnolia's is everything I envisioned the perfect nail salon to be: gorgeous decor, spotless environment, pampering (neck warmers and refreshments!), and with friendly and knowledgable technicians. My friend and I both got the moisturizing manicure, which involves shaping, minimal (if any) cuticle trimming, a scrub, a tint, three layers of moisturizing and restorative products, and a paraffin wax soak. They'll also add additional products depending on the state of your nails; mine are in pretty good shape so I didn't have much else done, but I know they have some repair and restore serums that they might use on someone with weaker or more damaged nails. I LOVE the emphasis on nail health. Carter and Judy were so friendly and really took the time to explain Magnolia's philosophy as well as why they used certain products and procedures vs. standard nail salons. It was a very educational, relaxing, and fun experience, and I've frankly never experienced this kind of service and attention in any nail salon ever. The moisturizing manicure is $24 while one with color is $28; I feel like these prices are extremely reasonable given the amount of care and pampering you receive. And heads up: they don't do gel or acrylics, as those procedures are damaging and go against their healthy nail philosophy. So, if you're looking for super glamorous, blinged-out claws, this isn't the place to go.  However, if you want to feel incredibly pampered and learn how to take better care of your nails, I can't recommend Magnolia's enough. Five plus stars. Without a doubt, this is the best manicure I have ever had. The process that this nail clinic uses is very different from your normal nail salon. Namely, there is a focus on nail health rather than just adding on polishes. Every time I've been to this group of nail clinics I've had wonderful experiences with the staff too. They seem to hire exceptional people. Plus, the owner of this location was actually the person giving my manicure. He was incredibly friendly and I think Magnolias it's going to be very successful because of the quality of the entire business especially the people.Overall, the quality of the clinic equipment is superior and the decor is very tasteful and attractive. The real shocker to me was how affordable everything was given how high quality the business and service was.I never once questions the cleanliness of any of the equipment. I cannot say this for other nail salons. The salon also is light on the use of nail clippers and trimmers. I very much prefer that as it reduces the risks for nail issues.Although I think they accept walk-ins I would suggest making an appointment. Their locations also carry the products that they use. After my first visit to Magnolias I made sure to pick up a few of the items that I really preferred including the cuticle cream and a Silk protein base coat. I really like that they choose products that are more environmentally friendly and healthy which excludes things like formaldehyde and camphor. Read Less
