I had it with this place! The First time, I went to get my eyebrows wax and the girl burned/cut too short my left eyebrow. I didn't make a fuss because it wasn't that bad and the girl was new. The second time I got a pedi/mani/wax combo and in the middle of the pedi the girl stopped to wax somebody else, and then later she stopped in the middle of the manicure to do a nail's design on another person. Then, I had to wait to get my eyebrows wax because all of them were busy. I didn't complain, I understood they were busy, and I really wasn't in a rush. And at the end, I was happy with the job. It was so good that it last almost three weeks!Almost three weeks later, on Sunday, May 29th, I returned to get a pedi/mani, I was the first and only person but since they weren't ready for business I had to wait. In the meantime, she started the water which it was cold and she didn't seem to care about it. About 15min later the girl started to work on the pedi. The place started to get busy, so she started to rush and in 30 minutes I was getting the mani, which it took about 15minutes After roughly 45 minutes ( No counting the waiting time) she sent me to the drying area. I notice she didn't clean up the cuticles very well, that the nail polish was gooey like, and that overall it wasn't a good job. So I asked her if she could fix it, she said I have to wait until someone can help me because she had taken another client. I didn't have time to wait so she told me to come back later and she'd it fix. I came back two days later. I walked in and the manager asked me what I needed, so I explained the situation. She said she couldn't fix it because it was a "regular manicure" (meaning it's not acrylic nails or other) and if she'd paints my nails again she'd charge me $10. I told her the other girl said to come back and get it fix it. But the manager repeats that she can't do it because it is a regular manicure. I stretched the point that this was a poorly done job and that I shouldn't have to pay them again to fix it. But the manager just repeated the same thing over and over again. I tried this place because it was recommended by the awesome people at the Glass Door Salon, but this situation was really disappointing. But, I thought about the whole experience and how things happened, and so I decided to give them another chance. Sometimes things just don't go the way we want but it doesn't mean that they could if we are patient and understanding. I waited for a couple of weeks, just to let things cool down. This time, I just wanted to get my eyebrows wax, which it doesn't take more than 15 min., there is no need for an appointment, and it's done in a private room. I thought this would give us a chance to patch things over. But I was wrong. The manager, same than last time, greeted me and asked me what I need it done, I told her, and then she said it was a 30 min wait even though two employees were available. So obviously, these people are not interested in my business. Good thing this is not an issue because there are dozens of nail places around here. Read Less
