I don't normally do reviews, but I went for a Brazilian wax, as I get them frequently, and it was by far the worst waxing experience I've ever had.
1) tiny, filthy room (not untidy...dirty with fluid...
I don't normally do reviews, but I went for a Brazilian wax, as I get them frequently, and it was by far the worst waxing experience I've ever had.
1) tiny, filthy room (not untidy...dirty with fluids, dirt, and hair everywhere)
2) DID NOT WEAR GLOVES!! and was being disrespectful of my private area (went into areas to hold them in places that didn't need to be held)
3) used the same strip for many areas (front and back...)
4) she would've left a blatant patch of hair if I had not asked her to fix it.
5) I was left sticky with wax and covered in neosporin
I was very concerned about getting some sort of UTI or bacterial infection...Would've rated a 0 if I could. I'm sure they're fine for nails.

After months of searching for a new salon, I've been very pleased with Expose. Reasonably priced. I always make an appointment. Tips in cash only, so be prepared.

I went in to get a pedicure and manicure, lady told me that she can't do both because they were closing in an hour, so I had to pick one and she didn't want to be the only one in tjere just for me. I ...
I went in to get a pedicure and manicure, lady told me that she can't do both because they were closing in an hour, so I had to pick one and she didn't want to be the only one in tjere just for me. I understand I was late, but that is no way of taking to a customer. Other then that, this is a good place, not so clean but cheap.

This salon was disgusting. Everything was dirty and old. The staff was ok and spoke good english. Before i went i called and asked how much a GEL MANICURE was. She said $20. I said cool and drove over. After she did my nails it waz $30. I said how did it go from $20 to $30 She said she did manucure. I said i asked you how much Gel MANICURE now she doesnt understand. On top of that she asked for her TIP. UNREAL.. I also couldnt find the states rating posted. So DIRTY AND PRICE GOUGING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

This review is solely based on my interactions with Mai. Needless to say if I got started on service, management, the other staff, or even their lack of new colors that are not gel, this rating would quickly go down to a ONE star for sure!With that said, Mai is AMAZING, I've been going to her for about four years now and I have not once left upset or unsatisfied. She is so sweet, patient, and does a perfect job doing my mani/pedi.Pro Tips: 1. Find a nail tech you like and stick with them and only them, it'll help you become a regular and not be treated like a walk-in.2. ALWAYS make an appointment, Expose is crazy busy 80% of the time especially around holidays.

A couple of issues.The look: The area near the pedicure station floors and baseboards and even doors look dirty.The staff: is rude and and talk about you in front of you in native tongue. Open a voice translator you can hear for yourself. It's pretty disrespectful. They have no idea I was listening to their conversation for all they know I'd never know. But shuttle rudeness is my reason for taking listening. I'm will finish my services with them this visit but I will never come here again. If you are a black woman who's been to nail salons and joke about them talking about you just open a translator app and you can see what they say.I question their sanitation of their tools since they do not open in front of you.

1) tiny, filthy room (not untidy...dirty with fluids, dirt, and hair everywhere)

I went in to get a pedicure and manicure, lady told me that she can't do both because they were closing in an hour, so I had to pick one and she didn't want to be the only one in tjere just for me. I understand I was late, but that is no way of taking to a customer. Other then that, this is a good place, not so clean but cheap.
