Let's just say I drive almost 2hrs to come here... and have been for almost a year. I lived in Stafford, VA, but now live in Frederick, MD. I've tried other salons, but would have issues with the service, so I make that drive to return to the ship that knows me. I'm extremely picky about my nail services so when I find someone who is equally picky about their work, I stick with them. Worst experience of my life and I've gotten my nails done in 4 states. First, they way overcharged. I paid $89 for a Mani/pedi even after asking about the special. I was told they don't run the special on weekends, but listened to them offer it to another client. My toes were done so awful, one lady made the other go back and do them again. I looked at my feet today and they still didn't cut my nails right. Plus, I was there for a long time. Thankfully, I am leaving Stafford soon, because this place was so awful I would never go back. I have been going here since moving to the area 4 years ago. I now live a couple cities away and I will travel all the way to Stafford to get Mae to do my nails. She is the bomb, yeah she can get loud, and her kids off the hook, but she is not rude. She just doesn't speak the best English. I will come in her shop with a picture off IG and she gets it right every time. She lets me kno up front if she can or can't do it. I have gotten all kinds of designs, shapes, and 3D flower sculpted by hand! What?! So when you're talking quality my nails last easily 3 weeks and I can push 4. My whole family comes here and every one I recommend loves Mae! Don't let these one timers fool you know who to ask for and know what you want.Read Less

I don't care that it's a small place but it was very dirty! Not relaxing at all. The people there were hovering over my tech the whole time, I wasn't relaxed whatsoever. I got liquid gel full set & could tell the tech had little experience working with it. He didn't cut my cuticles, left the nail polish uneven all around, & bubbles in it. Absolutely the worst 10 minute manicure I've ever paid for. My 5 y/o niece could have given me a better manicure. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I am new to the area and have been looking for a new salon since moving however, I will not be visiting this salon again. The technician barely allowed my cuticles to soak and the water was cold. It felt like she didn't want to be bothered with my manicure. She didn't trim/push back my cuticles, file, or buff my nails after I asked her to even them out. I had to ask her several times to trim more of my cuticles. And I've never been anywhere where they lotion massage your hands in the beginning of the manicure...maybe it's a thing here in Stafford. In all my years of getting manicures I'm pretty sure that's usually the very last thing they do after they've cleaned and polished your nails. But no, here I am washing my hands barely 5 minutes into the manicure. Anywho, I could go on and on but I'm not because at this point I'm just ready to go. I came here looking for another nail salon option for a pedicure, and it worked out well. I was taken within about ten minutes (I did not have an appointment). The lady was good and efficient. She was careful while filing my sole & heel (I've had other places carelessly file my ankle bone & it HURT), the foot/leg massage was very good, & it included wax (I assume that's what it was.
