Amazing, the man who did my nails did fantastic and I honestly was so much more pleased that what I thought when I walked in, my last nail experience at another salon was bad but he did everything I asked and if I asked for something extra done he was very understanding and listened to me. I will definitely be going back.

Omg, I got up and walked out, horrible place! I have naturally long nails. I'm always unhappy when other people file my nails so I file my own prior to getting my nails painted. The first employee asked what I wanted, I said manicure but do not file my nails. She wrapped my nails with foil and polish remover to get the gel polish than got up. Another lady sat down and did not allow the polish remover to set long enough and filed the polish off. I was asked to wash my hands. When back to my seat another customer was sitting there with the orginal employee that started my nails and my purse, cell phone and water bottle was still at that work station. They asked me to sit at a different station and I had to request my belongings. Than the employee plugged in the heat lights to stat painting my nails and I advised the employee when she filed the polish off my nails are uneven and crocheted. I had to point out one my one the crocheted nails than she asked how was that. Ended up asking for the nail file because they were still uneven in length. I started, I asked for my nails not to be filed to begin with. I was told I'm sorry but when you get a manicure we normally file the nails. I started I was the customer that was paying and I asked for no filings. I was so turned off and discussed by this place, I got up and walked out. Now I have to go home, and fix my nails and paint them myself. Not good, I do not recommend this place. They appear not to communicate with each other our the customer well.

The salon style was quiet nice and relaxing. They way they did my nails were horrendous. I had asked for an acrylic full set. While she was doing my nails, I had mentioned that this place was recommended to me and thought it was convenient for me since I am in the area. She made a comment stating" you try to please everyone, but sometimes that is not enough". That should of been a red flag. Once she completed, I had noticed the acrylic was very bumpy and not a smooth surface as it should be. When she cut my nails they were all uneven. Two days later, the acrylic started to chip and two of my nails broke. NEVER AGAIN.

I was optimistic walking into nails fresh but when i told them what i wanted they said it was either a 30 minute wait or come back tomorrow. I told them id wait. The lady the haled me did seem like she even wanted to work on me. I told the lady that i wanted short coffin nails and she told me that it wont look good and that shell just give me square nails cuz it would look better. I told her no i wanted shortd coffin nails and she just argued with me and gave me what she thought would look better. She made them really thick and not pretty. The DAY after the GEL polish started peeling on one finger and another nail STARTED COMING OFF. So i went to davi nails in walmart and fixed the nail coming off and the nail with the polish coming and changed the polisb altogether. My nails went from being thick and ugly and absolutely NOT what i wanted to looking extremely amazing they more "natural" after i got them fixed. I will not be going back to nails fresh again!

Had a great experience at this salon. My friend and I were taken care of immediately. The services were quick but thorough. It was very clean and the chairs were comfortable and well maintained. There was a huge selection of polishes! Will definitely go back here again. It was a little more expensive than old normally pay for such a basic pedicure but the cleanliness and everything else made it worth it. They also offered a military discount which is always appreciated!

I would recommend Nails Fresh. They are friendly & fun. I wanted "Christmas " nails and she was able to duplicate the picture I showed her .Very festive . She a wonderful job.

Disclaimer: I haven't gotten my nails done in years. As of now, this session was my second with the first being in Fredericksburg. If I'm going to pay for a service I do expect great quality. Pros:FriendlyQuickNot awful pricing (slightly cheaper in Fredericksburg VA)Convenient location Cons:- Too much cotton/acetone used leeching onto cuticles and fingers. This causes extreme dryness and is unnecessary when it can be done correctly with more time. - cuticles not pushed back well; had to ask to be redone. - too much cuticle removed, especially on the sides. This creates thicker, callused skin on side of nails. - polish not added to bottom/underside of nails. Without this step nails will chip more quickly at the tips.

Great clean, comfortable place to get your nails done especially Gel. They have tons of colors to choose from. My only complaints are the man at the door told me $20 and the lady that did my nails said $25. Also she missed a couple of small spots. Overall I recommend this nail salon!

My daughter and I went there yesterday for the first time for mani/pedi's and had a great experience. It was clean, took their time for a relaxing good soaking pedi (not rushed) and the two women who took care of us were friendly and funny talking to us a lot and made for a great experience. I honestly was fairly impressed. I've been getting my nails done on and off for the past 10 years. It's been awhile (aside from my regular place in California) I was able to go somewhere feel very comfortable and get a full set to my specifications. I'm a very picky customer and rarely am I content with the service I receive so giving this place a decent amount of stars is rare. When you walk in it is clean, organized and does not wreak of acrylic and nail polish. You are greeted kindly and attended to immediately. My only; I wouldn't necessarily say complaint more like an unfortunate circumstance I walked into, was they only had a few people working at the time I walked in so they got randomly backed up after I sat down for a fill. Overall 4 star entirely. 5 stars for techs and environment

I had been in there several times many months ago and the polish selection was poor and the customer service wasn't great either...My husband sent me away today to get a mani-pedi and I had read some good reviews recently so I decided to try them one more time and I was blown away with the color selection, the pedi, the mani, the customer service, the conversation- it was all great!! The prices are higher than a few months ago but you def get what you pay for!

They're ok. My friend and I went in for mani and pedi. The owner was rushing and working on both of our pedicures at the same time. Didn't get a very relaxed and quality pedi because of this. The gel manicure was alright, the color and gel was applied unevenly and didn't look great. Went to a different salon to get them redone. I won't be going back. Only positive was the owner was nice. But she rushed with us and we ended up with bad service.

I went in about 40 minutes before closing and asked if they had enough time to do a mani/pedi. The guy said yes even though he did end up having to stay well after closing to finish.
If you do the upgraded pedicure with the scrub, you also get a glass of wine (or a soft drink), which is a nice perk.
Prices were reasonable, everyone was very nice, and the place and equipment was clean. They don't do the manicure at the same time as the pedicure like some places, so plan accordingly.

Okay, I see some OLD posts on this place.. I have been going here now for about 4 months. I get the gel manicure and matching toe polish every 3 weeks. It literally lasts 3 weeks! It's fast, CLEAN, friendly and comfortable in there. The only guy I can think of that I heard of in an old post, is one of the owners. He's super nice always shows my little kids the fish tanks and is constantly updating the place.
I love how clean this place is, prices are great, and the most important is the quality. Everywhere else my nails are peeling in two weeks. Not here. I don't get a full manicure every time either- they do not talk u into it. I do just a polish change every other time!

I came in on my lunch for a pedicure and manicure with my coworker. I asked how long the wait was and was told 10 minutes, 20 minutes later we were taken back to put our feet in the water. 45 minutes later I was still soaking my feet, I had informed the lady at the beginning that I was on my lunch. It wouldn't have been a problem for me to come back at a later time. When the lady came to do my pedicure I informed her I no longer had time and could she just polish my nails and feet. She became frustrated and had another girl paint my nails and toes, which my 9 year old could have done a better job. Nail polish is still in my cuticles and on my skin. Then, she informed me I owed $17. What!?? I will never return here. Cali nails, we miss you!

The salon style was quiet nice and relaxing. They way they did my nails were horrendous. I had asked for an acrylic full set. Had a great experience at this salon. My friend and I were taken care of immediately. The services were quick but thorough. It was very clean and the chairs were comfortable and well maintained. There was a huge selection of polishes! Will definitely go back here again. I'm new in town and tried Nails Fresh since I was looking for a new salon. I definitely found my new choice for mani/pedis! I'm extremely satisfied with their service and the place itself is great.

Okay, I see some OLD posts on this place.. I have been going here now for about 4 months. I get the gel manicure and matching toe polish every 3 weeks. It literally lasts 3 weeks! It's fast, CLEAN, friendly and comfortable in there. The only guy I can think of that I heard of in an old post, is one of the owners. He's super nice always shows my little kids the fish tanks and is constantly updating the place.
I love how clean this place is, prices are great, and the most important is the quality. Everywhere else my nails are peeling in two weeks. Not here. I don't get a full manicure every time either- they do not talk u into it. I do just a polish change every other time!

Followed them from the previous place in Spotsylvania. My bestie and I have been going to Sam and James for a few years, and Cam has done my daughter's pedis as well. Love the new place!

The eyebrow massage Cam gives with her wax will put you too sleep! Not your average nail shop they have personality!

I came in on my lunch for a pedicure and manicure with my coworker. I asked how long the wait was and was told 10 minutes, 20 minutes later we were taken back to put our feet in the water. 45 minutes later I was still soaking my feet, I had informed the lady at the beginning that I was on my lunch. It wouldn't have been a problem for me to come back at a later time. When the lady came to do my pedicure I informed her I no longer had time and could she just polish my nails and feet. She became frustrated and had another girl paint my nails and toes, which my 9 year old could have done a better job. Nail polish is still in my cuticles and on my skin. Then, she informed me I owed $17. What!?? I will never return here. Cali nails, we miss you!
