I am not connected with this spa. I am a black, retired Marine who lives in Stafford (usually at spa 3rd Wed of month in the afternoon) and I was sent here when my place was closed the day before I was going out of town. This place was fabulous compared to my old place. I love the treatment, the calm, and for the 1st time in my life I have gel nails. Been going for 3 months now for lavendar pedicure spa and gel nails on my hands. I love it here . Amy is the girl I stay with and she is great. I love the fruit and water. Unfortunately they spend their time jabbering to each other while working on YOU in Vietnamese, which keeps me from 5 stars. But they do the same thing in the 5 other places Ive been to. Read Less

HORRIBLE WORST PLACE EVER!!! If you go here the "techs" are horrible in customer service and constanly put off having to help the customer when the work was done I wasn't happy with results but did they nothing. DONT GO HERE. Read Less

Been coming every 2 weeks for over a year. I'm sorry for those of you who a had experience. I cannot say the same. The service is excellent above and Beyond. I bring friends and family here. I have been going to Escape Spa for several years, one thing that bothers me about the spa is that the nail techs are not considerate as to the way that they make customers feel when they speak their language, laugh and joke as if you don't know that they are talking about you. I had an incident this past weekend, I came into the spa and my nail tech LaMoon was sitting at the table with another technician, LaMoon says something to the technician when she saw me come in, the technician turns around and looks back at me and burst out laughing. This is not acceptable and you will continue to lose customers with this behavior. I have put up with Lamoon who I thought was a nice person until recently when she started to treat me differently. Lamoon is always in a rush even when there is no one waiting, she has cut me with the drill that she uses and I have literally had sore's on my toes and have never given her a bit of attitude for this. I asked Lynn who is the tech (Manager) who does my lashes and eyebrows if someone else could do my nails and feet, Lynn told me to go to booth 21, I get to booth 21 and the technician comes over with her lips poked out, I asked her if she wanted to do my nails and her response was, I'm here. This rudeness is not acceptable; I have spent a lot of money at this spa over the years and deserve to be treated with respect as I have always given respect to everyone there. One thing that you all must remember is that although Escape is a nice spa as far as appearance, you really need to train your technicians how to treat customers with respect and not rudeness. This place is testament to the fact that "looks aren't everything." It's a beautiful spa ascetically, but the service is literally the worst. Let me be more clear--everyone is nice. Their work, however, I literally have never had a worst 3 experiences. Yes, I gave them three Chances, three different nail technicians & $300 later (about $90 each visit), I will never ever go back. I had great service for my pedicure but my nails I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with. I wasn't expecting to go home and trim and round them myself there is so much build up under them that they hurt. I'm about to soak them off. But I paid 45$ for them. And the tech was facetiming and more concerned with getting out of there on time. Read Less

Service is Piss Poor!!! For 45 dollars you will receive a rush basic manicure job that includes a quick soak trim and file. You must ask to have your tech to remove all clearly visible dirt that is under your nails. My tech " we normally don't clean under nail of you pick out a dark color because you will not see any dirt through color. I mean I almost walked out!!! Eyebrow service was rushed and basic!!! Had to tell Tech server times to remove any hairs that are clearly out of place. I mean if I have to pay top dollar I expect top notch service. The woman decided to cut my nail in half and then yank!! Ouch! I am pretty sure that is not how a $100 pedicure is suppose to be. She insisted I had a hang nail but NO I know my toes. When it came time to paint she made a mess and didn't cover all of my nails. I was certainly over this place but my husband insisted I went back to have her repaint my nails.
