I do not recommend going here. I have been once before to do my eyebrows which I wasn't impressed with because they were in such a rush. Well today I had to go to South Boston to do a few things, nails looked a mess so I figured I would stop by and get them done. When I got there they were just walking in and I was the 3rd in line. They get me seated and start on my nails. The nail tech was super slow, he was sanding my nails down to the point it was burning and hot I had to draw my hand back, as he was sanding he cut my finger with the file. With all that being said the lady that I guess runs the place cussed out one of the techs and made him leave as she called someone in. In my opinion was VERY unprofessional. Mean time she was dogging him to all the customers. Long story short he ended up making my nails look like a drunk person did them. I came to Top Nails for the first time to get mani/pedi for my graduation. I decided to try it out. When I stepped in, a young girl greeted me. Staff also helped me and did a fabulous job on my nails! They were all quite talented. The best part is, my gel manicure last about 3 weeks without peeling. I just got a fantastic pedicure. The lady was so thorough. Very happy with Top Nails.It wasn't much to look at from the outside, but I am here for the service. Got my mom a gift certificate for this place for a mani/pedi. She called me and says that they scrubbed her feet so hard that a chunk is out of the side of her heel and she's bleeding! Even when she told them it hurt they continued to scrub. Not happy. Read Less

I got a fill on my nails. Terrible, terrible job. A day later they were chipping. A week later the nails were splitting away from the acrylic. My thumb nail just flew off. The woman there is very good but the man cuts every corner he can and it shows. French manicures turn yellow in days. He leaves the bare nail showing along the edges.
