Unfortunately, they frequently overbook appointments and the last time I came, I sat an hour past my 11:15 appointment watching other people being taken ahead of me. I've been using this nail spa for about two months. They were always overbooked, and I expected appointments to run late. But the last two times convinced me they did not appreciate my business. After making an appointment two weeks ago for a fill-in, I was sent away and asked to come back in a half hour because they were "busy." Today I called early to make an appointment and told them I did not have time to wait. I was told to come in at 11:15. I was on time and sat there waiting as I watched the woman who does my nails finish a pedicure and start another on a walk-in without so much as acknowledging my arrival, and this was after I politely reminded another staffer that I had an appointment.I ended up going across town to another salon and was pleased to be waited on promptly in an established that I discovered is far more hygienic than 501. If I could give this place negative stars for service, I would. I'm an excellent tipper, too. Their loss. Read Less
