Good people, they do great with my eyebrows but as far as nails go I don’t recommend going here. I got my nails done Saturday with shellac and Monday morning I had two nails chip all the way off. Waste of money! Read Less

Terrible customer service. My nail chipped the day after I got them done and they waited until after they had already put chemicals and glue on my nails to let me know that I'd need to pay more money. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Read Less

I was able to get in last minute which was great. I went in for a basic pedicure and just polish on my nails. My nail technician started, she never spoke to me and just after a few minutes she got up and walked away. She came back about 5 minutes later and then started again. She clipped my toenails and I noticed they were very jagged/rough. Then once she got to my nails she had me stay in my pedicure chair (which barely seemed to work) and I had to hover over my pregnant belly (9months) for her to start clipping and filing my nails. Again my nails were very jagged/rough, almost like I had been biting them. She then painted two layers of nail polish, which could've used a 3rd coat to make the color look full. Then sent me to the drying table, I bumped my hand on the rubber mat on the drying table and messed up the paint on two nails. She came back and fixed it but then missed the part of my nail by the cuticle. I had to tell her to fix it. At this point she seemed irritated with me and just threw the nail polish over the clear coat. At that point I decided I wouldn't be coming back. Another woman came over and asked if I messed up my nails and I told her the edges were rough. She said OK and then went back to her client. She obviously could tell I wasn't happy and came back and filed them, they were better but not to what they should've been. It just seems like if I'm paying for a service I should get quality work with a positive attitude. I'm not by any means a professional nail technician but I could've done the same quality, if not better at home. I went to get my nails done today, my sister normally goes there. I had this very sweet Lady named MiMi and oh my goodness did she do a lovely job. She didn't hurt me at all and she took her time and paid close attention to detail. I will definitely be going back in 2 weeks!Read Less

Great place.  Such a great pedicure! My first time here while I was waiting to head to the airport.  The girl did an excellent excellent job.  She took lot of time and did a spectacular job.  I would highly recommend this venue very close to Richmond airport. Read Less
