Decided to do something different today.....I wouldn't recommend sending my dog here to get pampered....They had about five colors to choose from various companies.....I felt like I was rushed.....The nail tech paid more attention to her coworkers than her actual job causing numerous mistakes....They turned away clients stating that they were closed when the sign stated that they didn't close until 4.....They only got a one because they were clean! This was my first time here. I saw beautiful designs online thinking I'd get the same. I felt that I was rushed, bounced from one person to another, the design work was quick and sloppy. I had brought in a picture as a quite and when I asked for glitter, I was told no. Since the picture just had white, I was not getting glitter. If I'm paying money to get quality work done, I expect it. Not only did I sit a long time as I waited doe the next person to come take care of me, my nails look terrible. I have been a long time customer. I am always polite and respectful. I thank the nail tech for accomodating me...she says nothing. The owner Chi-Chi does the best work but she is the only one in the entire that shop that does eye-brows waxing and designs. There is always a long wait time for her. If you aren't satisfied with the work they will make you out to a disgruntle customer because Chi-Chi is very rude, she ignores you and disrespectful. I asked can I get another coat ...and said I do not like to be ignored in a regular tone. Her husband said she was afraid of me and that I did not like her?? She refused to complete my nails until i stated I want the same customer service she give everyone else. They have lost me as a customer. I also I noticed the shop did not open til 11 am. But 10 am they were servicing a shop full of white women only while the shop remain closed. See More Read Less
