The only thing that’s really great about this place is that they are open on Sundays. After a recent visit I remember why I don’t come here anymore. You can’t go in here without the owner trying to convince you to do something different than what you originally intended

Even though I have moved from the area this was the best place to get nails done. They actually listen to what you want and don't try to talk you into something different.

Absolutely my favorite nail salon. Leanne and Michael are phenomenal. Best pedicures hands down, especially for difficult ingrowns which I get often. $23 pedicures, $30-35 SNS powder manicures- can't beat the prices. My go-to salon.

This salon looks pretty on the outside, but the service on the inside is sub-par. I came in with my mother to have a full set of acrylic nails done and an acrylic overlay. When we first arrived no on...
This salon looks pretty on the outside, but the service on the inside is sub-par. I came in with my mother to have a full set of acrylic nails done and an acrylic overlay. When we first arrived no one really acknowledged us. Then when we decided to pick out a nail polish, there was not a large selection of regular nail polish. Although gel nail polish is all the rave now and this salon had a lot of those to choose from, not everyone is into that kind of nail polish. Then once the staff started to do our nails, that's when the lack of professionalism and neatness went out the window. Both my mom and I had the edges of our nails ran over by the drills by the nail technicians rushing, even when there were other nail techs to service other customers. Our nails were not filed nor was oil placed on our cuticles before being asked to wash our hands. It seemed liked this place treated their customers like cattle being herded from one nail tech to another with little to no consideration of the customer's overall experience. Everyone in the shop apparently cannot do the basics, especially since the woman who polished my nails couldn't polish them correctly. I would not recommend this salon to anyone since I have definitely had better.

This salon looks pretty on the outside, but the service on the inside is sub-par. I came in with my mother to have a full set of acrylic nails done and an acrylic overlay. I've gone here for 15+ years . So has my mom. It's always very clean. Even when they're busy they get you in very quickly! They have the best service for the best price. Everyone should check them out...

I just moved here and am looking for a place to do my nails. I noticed Natural Nails is really great on their prices, but your review has me leery! I went to Valley View Mall: Lee Nails and they ruined my nails, they use dirty tools as well. I will have them done at this establishment once and will post my pic and review later for more results to all who is interested. Thanks for the heads up. I rated it a 3 for now... Hope I can add a couple more stars later.. Mandy

This salon does not care about it's customers. If you question anything, quality or price, they tell you not to come back. They pressure you too. Don't waste your time/money here. Plenty of better places in Salem to get your nails done. Not clean either. They reuse toe separators. Gross!

I just moved here and am looking for a place to do my nails. I noticed Natural Nails is really great on their prices, but your review has me leery! I went to Valley View Mall: Lee Nails and they ruined my nails, they use dirty tools as well.
