We came in an hour before closing they refused to PAINT our nails. Nothing too fancy. The man was extremely rude when telling us they couldn’t do it and there was only two people getting their nails done. One of the workers was just sitting in the back doing nothing so i’m still not clear on what would have prevented them from giving us service. Went in to get a pedicure and Sns the lady did not scrape my feet when I asked about getting them scraped she replied they don’t scrape feet later called and was told they do. Also my nails have lumps from them not using enough product on my nails and you can clearly see the tip they added. Called to have it fixed when trying to explained they hung up on me. Also the sign said one price and I was charged more even though I didn’t get any additional services. If I could leave no stars I would. The staff are rude and lazy. Lady also was sick and had fungi on her finger and did not bother to wear gloves. Read Less

If I had the option I wouldn't even give them one star! They are SO RUDE! I walked in to make an appointment for another day for 5 girls to get our nails done for my wedding and she pulled out her appointment book it was blank and the man said no we don't have time we're not doing 5 people and was so hateful! I like going here to get my nails done.  The staff seems really nice and peaceful and it is a relatively quiet salon.  The staff does not talk to you much there.  I am unsure if they don't know much English or they're just quiet.  Neither do they talk that much among themselves.    I like that I can go in and relax and get things done fairly quick.  I think their prices are reasonable also.  Linda does my nails usually.  She does a good job. Got pedicure they did nothing to the bottom of feet did not sand or lotion bottom of feet i said stop dont do any thing else if u can get dead skin off my hills they made me pay anyways told me i was fant abd they no touch bottom of feet just toes and i never gotthem polished either if i were rich i would lawyer up for the stress they caused me dont go if your fat cause they want touch fat people feet just toes Read Less

My bridesmaids and I had our mani pedis here for my wedding back in 2012, they did an amazing job (although i had no clue how much a full set hurts the first time lol). It is a nice place to go for not too high a price, My mother in law LOVES this place, so we always get her gift cards:-). I used to get my nails done here and they would take sooo long and the workers weren't very nice. I stopped going because I started going to star nails in roanoke and they are great! Fast super nice and do a awesome job! One evening after work I was in serious need of a eyebrow wax so I decided to give them a try. When I walked in all of the workers stared at me awkwardly like as if I shouldn't be there! Then they finally asked what I needed and told me to take a seat and they would be with me soon. 20 minutes goes by and they finally ask me to come back. The woman left a bunch of hair on my eye brows they just looked a mess! Then when they started growing back out I had two different looking eye brows it was so embarrassing! 6 months later I'm still having a horrible time getting them back the same like they used to be!
