So my wife went there today and her and her mother have been going there for the last 2 years, when she got there, there was only 2 people that she reconized, the lady that she got did not speake a ...
So my wife went there today and her and her mother have been going there for the last 2 years, when she got there, there was only 2 people that she reconized, the lady that she got did not speake a word of english not a word well she kept asking good? Good? She kept saying no this and that was all wrong ....when they switched to the finger nails they switched to one of the guys and he kept giving excuses on why it was all wrong. Needless to say she walked out with nails not done the way she wanted and mad because she tried to tell them and they kept saying all good? She will not be going back for a regular toe nails and finger nails 38.00 not worth it!!!!

Walked in and was told they didn’t have time for me. Literally only two women in the place and the other employees just sitting there. I understand if you have appointments coming in soon but there’s no need to be rude and literally sigh and roll your eyes at me. Don’t put “walk ins welcome” on your door if you don’t want to actually service them.

Best place in the Bonsack/Roanoke area to get your nails done!! They are friendly and do an outstanding job! Their salon is super clean, which is very important to me! It is a very professional atm...
Best place in the Bonsack/Roanoke area to get your nails done!! They are friendly and do an outstanding job! Their salon is super clean, which is very important to me! It is a very professional atmosphere, unlike most other salons in the area! I do recommend making an appt. because everyone knows they are great! If you have to wait...do it..you wont be sorry!

Really a pretty salon the owner is very friendly and the staff are all good at the type of nails I like. They have one fellow there that will do free had art on your nails and I think he does a great job.
I have had surgery and haven't been able to get there in over a month and my nails really miss them. But I will return ASAP😉

I was visiting my grandparents and looked everywhere for a nail salon that did acrylics. They did the most fantastic job! It was a little far but SO WORTH IT! Wasn’t expensive at all and the young lady who did my nails was so sweet! Wish they lived closer to me!

The best place I have ever had my nails done at. Their technician Terrell (sp?) was so meticulous and gentle. He understood how upset I was with the last place that did them and made sure to correct all the problems. They were even dry before I left and that’s NEVER happened with any other place. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. And the shop itself was clean and neat. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than T&T nails. Needless to say they will have my business from now on!

Most nail salons are not clean. Some are just nasty. T and T is always clean and I have gone there since right after they opened. Today, T was not there and I got the NEW girl with the orangey hair. I am so pleased. I got a good pedicure from her first and then my usual acrylic with gel nails. Today I got French nails for the first time in about ten years and they are beautiful! I love them. She did such a nice job that I will ask for her next time. Nice people, nice salon, I just hope they don't get so busy that I can't get in. They deserve to.

Wish I didn't live so far. Would go there every time. Clean, great customer service and the BEST massage chairs. I had neglected my feet for awhile and would give a four star on detail, considering they weren't busy. Yet I did mess up the polish as soon as I set down to dry, so I'll give them a break.

So my wife went there today and her and her mother have been going there for the last 2 years, when she got there, there was only 2 people that she reconized, the lady that she got did not speake a word of english not a word well she kept asking good? Really a pretty salon the owner is very friendly and the staff are all good at the type of nails I like. They have one fellow there that will do free had art on your nails and I think he does a great job.

The best place I have ever had my nails done at. Their technician Terrell (sp?) was so meticulous and gentle. He understood how upset I was with the last place that did them and made sure to correct all the problems. They were even dry before I left and that’s NEVER happened with any other place. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. And the shop itself was clean and neat. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else other than T&T nails. Needless to say they will have my business from now on!

Most nail salons are not clean. Some are just nasty. T and T is always clean and I have gone there since right after they opened. Today, T was not there and I got the NEW girl with the orangey hair. I am so pleased. I got a good pedicure from her first and then my usual acrylic with gel nails. Today I got French nails for the first time in about ten years and they are beautiful! I love them.
