This salon is by far, hands down, the best place I have had my nails and feet done. The ladies are attentive and thoughtful and actually care about me. I've been in Roanoke for about 5 months. Still trying out different salons. I came in today for a gel pedicure and manicure. The lady named Tina did my pedicure which was great. But then she switched with a man to do my polish. As he was doing my polish another lady came to say that I needed to go ahead and pay because she's the only one that knows how to work the register and she was about to leave. Mind you I came in around 4:30 in the afternoon. They don't close until 7:30.... I told her well I don't usually like to pay until all of my services are complete to make sure that I'm satisfied. She was well I'm the only person that knows how to work the register. I said well I'm paying with cash so I'll just wait. But she insisted. So I went on ahead and paid. I got my manicure by the same guy who did my polish on my toes. He a few times seemed to get upset when I told him some of my nails were crooked. When I asked him don't some of them look crooked, He said yeah a little bit. I said well I don't want them a little bit crooked. So he fixed them. But I noticed that every other customer that came after me, Caucasian customers at that, did not pay until the end of their service. Maybe it's just me or maybe I'm overthinking it. But I thought it was kind of strange that I was the only African-American in this nail salon the whole time I was there and I was told I needed to pay early because the girl was the only one who knew how to work the register. But the other customers after me all paid at the register and they were Caucasian. So with that being said the actual service on the manicure and pedicure were decent. I just didn't like the fact that I seem to have been treated a little differently when paying. Plus they did not even say thanks for coming. I'm a professional woman working in the media industry. Very clean and relaxing space. I came in as a walk-in and they were helping me immediately. I received a signature spa pedicure with lavender. It was very relaxing and the gentlemen working on my nails was very nice and gentle. I will definitely be visiting them again and would recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

The ladies here are amazing. Nothing like being pampered and enjoying the message chairs.Great first visit for the wife and I. Weekends do get a bit busy and an appointment might be needed. If you have the time they do have places to sit and hang out while you wait. Read Less

Cannot say enough about how great this place is!!! There is a woman there named Angel who has been there for a relatively short period, but she does amazing designs for pedis.  My friends and I call her the toe angel because she is. You can show her a design and she will do the design but better. At least, that has been my experience so far with her designs. I have only gotten pedicures here, so I am not sure how the manicures are, but I really do enjoy this place. I had a man who rushed through my pedicure and my gel manicure. He was nice; however, terrible and not worth the money at all. He cut my toenails very short and then rushed through the pedicure, it was one of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten. Not to mention, my gel manicure said guaranteed 2 weeks yet it stayed on for 4 days. He rushed my gel manicure as well and after everything was done, it was so messy. I could've done a better job myself. AND they added all of these additional charges to my total without even telling me. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It may be a good price, but in Roanoke, you can find much better places. I will not go back! Read Less

Nice staff who are polite and accommodating. Work is good. Shop is clean and spacious. They have good massage chairs for pedicure. Basic pedicure is $20, basic manicure $12 and mani/pedi combo $30. Callus treatment is extra $3. Would recommend this shop. Read Less
