Great cut and color from Josh !! Every other salon I have gone to in Roanoke would send me away with very ash toned blonde hair. Not Josh . . . I am a true blonde again. I found this salon while Googling places near my hotel for an out of town wedding. Audrey was my stylist and even though I knew she had a busy day planned, she spent what felt like extra time with me to ensure I was comfortable and happy with my hair. She wanted to see photos of my dress and helped me select jewelry, even using her own adornments (beading, etc) to give my updo a special touch. I got so many compliments on my hair. Dhana, Charlotte & Joshua (newest stylist) are all wonderful and really know how to cut and handle my difficult hair. I have been going to them for years and have always been able to get appointments when I need them, have never had to wait once I arrived and have never been rushed out. Not having to wait is a huge bonus and knowing that they schedule adequate time for my appointments is great. I have had numerous processes done there with them and completely trust them with color, straightening, etc. Oh yeah - I think they are one of the top salons in the area for color - they really excel at this and I have seen some pretty horrible color and highlights on friends who have gone to other salons. There are no pushy sales tactics for products or anything there either. The salon is nice, peaceful & pleasant as are all the staff. I can't rave about these folks and this business enough. I have been going for several years and don't have a single complaint or issue. Very happy that I took the recommendation from a friend and made that first appointment there. The level of service you receive here far exceeds any of the high end salons in SW area of Roanoke and of course any of the quick in/out discount hair salons. Read Less

All the staff are very compenten proffesionals and they are always keeping up to date on new styles and trends. You can set in any chair and fell confident that you are in good hands.
