DO NOT GO TO REGAL NAILS AT VALLEY VIEW MALL they are scam artist they added on a $10 tip after I left and charged me over what my receipt said after already charging more than what I was told before my services. I went to the store and told them and they called me liars. They showed me a receipt with the extra charged and told me I wrote that when I didn’t. My mother was with me and also remembers that I didn’t leave a tip. These people are scammers and should go out of business. Disgusting how they treat customers

Tim does an excellent job. The place is always spotless and everyone is very nice. They are quick also. I really appreciate being able to go on Sunday too.

She talked on her cell phone while filling in my daughters nails, also put 5 coats of nail polish on top of each other and expected them to dry in 5 minutes, im no rocket scientist but shouldn't you let it dry a little between coats???? the talking on the cell phone was rude to me being im a hair dresser and it is not permitted, just for respect to the client! My daughter wont be going back, i should not have had to come home and repaint her nails after just paying to get them done!!!!

DO NOT GO TO REGAL NAILS AT VALLEY VIEW MALL they are scam artist they added on a $10 tip after I left and charged me over what my receipt said after already charging more than what I was told before my services. I went to the store and told them and they called me liars. They showed me a receipt with the extra charged and told me I wrote that when I didn’t.
