Usually a great place. Today there was an appointment behind me and the person working on my nails became rushed and very agitated at me when THEY would mess up. Became almost aggressive with handling my nails and was huffing and puffing. We all have bad days but I'll never go back.

I visited Queen Nails today 7/10/17 for the very first time ever. I was in the area and spontaneously decided I wanted to get a gel manicure. I arrived there at 6:30 and found out they closed at 7:00, but they very graciously welcomed me in to get the manicure done. The staff members were so nice and professional. The man who did my manicure checked with me throughout the process to make sure I liked his work and that it was being done how I expected. I received a French/white tip gel manicure and I think it's one of the most perfect manicures I've ever had! It looks fantastic! I will definitely go there again!

Needed a pedicure upon arrival to Roanoke and yelped the closest place with good reviews - Queen Nails came up. It isnt the snazziest nail salon I've ever been to, but the nail tech was really good and gave one of the best foot massages I've ever had! They were friendly and the price was great. Drawbacks - I found the chairs uncomfortable. They massaged only in one spot- lower back - and I didn't see any other options. Also, there is the rattiest old armchair in the pedicure area in front of the TV - it's odd. They should put a pair of nice occasional chairs there with a table between or something. I dunno. Bottom line - totally fine, amazing massage, very friendly, great price.

Decided to get a pedicure today while visiting Roanoke. I live in Miami and this was an amazing pedicure, I have never had a massage that good with a pedicure. I will be back every time I visit!

Quite possibly the best pedi I have ever received. They also didn't try to upsell me anything (unlike other salons), didn't suggest gel or designs or eyebrow threading and that was WONDERFUL! I want a basic polish pedi. The man who did mine was efficient and thorough at it was the end of the day, too. It's three weeks later, they still look good! I WILL be back!
