Went on Friday, prior to vacation. I called ahead and made a lunchtime appointment. I had to wait for an available tech. All I wanted was a french polish, once she found out I did not want gel or shel...
Went on Friday, prior to vacation. I called ahead and made a lunchtime appointment. I had to wait for an available tech. All I wanted was a french polish, once she found out I did not want gel or shellac, which require ongoing maintenance she had absolutely NO INTEREST in me. She spent 10 minutes on me, charged me $12 and my polish did not last 24 hours. When I polish my own nails they last about a week, I just cant do French, so I expected to get at least my week's vacation out of it! So I just threw $12 in the garbage.

Everyone there is always super nice. Other places were booked up but it was so nice and quiet and they did a great job on my nails as always. :)

I have been to several places in Roanoke to have my nails done. I had bad experience after bad experience....until I was referred here. I cannot say enough good things about this Q Nails and the people who work there. They are so good to their customers. They cater to your specific needs or wants. I promise you will not find a better place close to this area!

Terrible experience! Went there with my family for the first time. We got pedicures and everything was simply alright until the end when it was time for the disposable sandals that EVERY place has. Well they didn't, so we were forced to walk out with no shoes!!! Ridiculous of a nail salon. Definitely won't be back

Gel mani was goopy and uneven. The nail shape was actually worse than when I walked in. I had to go home and fix it but then what was the point of going and paying someone else to do it? The pedicure ...
Gel mani was goopy and uneven. The nail shape was actually worse than when I walked in. I had to go home and fix it but then what was the point of going and paying someone else to do it? The pedicure was good, but nothing spectacular. I won't be a return customer.

Its only $8 to get your eyebrows waxed. they work quick and do what you want. It is never red or irritated the next day. it looks great. I def recommend this place.

Terrible experience! Went there with my family for the first time. We got pedicures and everything was simply alright until the end when it was time for the disposable sandals that EVERY place has. Well they didn't, so we were forced to walk out with no shoes!!! Ridiculous of a nail salon. Definitely won't be back
