The man is nice... The women are rude. I wasn't ready to start on my nails bc i just walked in and had not chosen my colors bc I had chosen my 2 daughters colors for them first. I told the woman to do...
The man is nice... The women are rude. I wasn't ready to start on my nails bc i just walked in and had not chosen my colors bc I had chosen my 2 daughters colors for them first. I told the woman to do them first then when it was my turn she said she doesn't have time now. But after she finished my daughters she went back to her chair, folded her arms and closed her eyes and No longer knew how to speak English when I asked her about her actions. Petty!

The man that does pedi's is off-the-chain!! Talented! Nice! Professional! I've been to nail places from Electric Rd area to Airport Rd and this place beats them all!

Unless you enjoy wasting your money and being treated as if you don't matter, avoid this place! I went in after seeing all the great reviews. I requested a gel manicure with French tips.... My tips turned our absolutely terrible.... The lines were drawn straight across my finger and that was it. He burned the gel drying it to long which also gave me spots all in the white. He then proceeded to act like it was my fault when I stated I was not happy with them. Then he continued to tell me how I should feel about them and how I was wasting his time. Well no worries because I will never go back here again..... I paid for his time against my better judgement and ended up leaving with only 1 hand complete to his standards which looks worse than when I came in....
sadly disappointed

I am from NC and I needed my nails, toes, and eyebrow done. I didn't know where to go, I just read for the best reviews. Being from out of town, I was very skeptical and I don't let everybody cater to my needs. I can ramble on and on, however just know I was not disappointed and if I didn't live 5 hours away I would love to go back.

After going to other nail salons in the area, I keep coming back to this one because the quality cannot be beat. I've never had a bad experience in this shop and will continue to visit in the future.

Prices are decent, but you get what you pay for. Paid only $26 for full set acrylic with 2 designs but polish was chipped after only a week.

The people that work there and the owner are disrespectful. If they don't understand how you want your nails they will get frustrated and yell at you for not understanding what you want done. Well I know that was my experience and I will NEVER recommend ANY SOUL TO EVER GO THERE FOR BUSINESS. If I had the power I would shut down a business because NO ONE should ever get treated the way they treated me. Go some where else because they are not the only people that does nails in Roanoke.
