I’ve been going to them for a while now I made it my new nail home I’ve never had an issue with the owner or her daughter they are awesome and sweet and no problem with the services , until I ran into the owners sister I guess, I usually get my nails done by the daughter but I guess she hasn’t been there when I’m there so last month I let her sister try and do my nails and she didn’t Do the usual things u see nail tech do to fix your nails but someone fixed it before it got bad, I wasn’t upset I just figured she was still learning I dnt judge I just chose not to get nails done by her , so last week I just went for a fill in and fix two nails figured she can’t mess that up I was wrong , usually my nails can last three weeks before I get a fill and I stock things for work and my nails survive , well it’s only been a week and I lost two nails and my acrylic is lifting/ chipping , I have my real nails under my acrylic so my nails definitely shouldnt be breaking , so I figured I call and ask if the can fix it I just payed like $24 last mon I shouldn’t have to pay 24 this mon specially if my nails usually last but I was wrong she was going to charges me to fix my nails because she said typical nails dnt last three weeks they last only 1 to 2 weeks before u need a fill and that the acrylic can get old , but I thought they usually cut off all the old aryclic to make room for the new and a better hold if needed when u get a fill, anyway she kinda just blew off how I felt about the situation and ik u have to be aware of scammers but I definitely am not one I just a mother who wanted her nails fix , so I told her never mind , personally I usuallay dnt say much to nail tech that mess up on my nails I just stop going but I figured I speak up because I like this place . ,Not saying it’s a bad place to go just be aware of things, me and my mom will not being going anymore I just think it’s just the best for me , Read Less
