I am new in the city and I did not know where to go to have a gel polish work done but my cousin told me about this place and this is how I knew about it. I had such a good service with a sweet lady. And the work they do is delicate and well done.
Of course I'll come back to this place.

I went yesterday as a first time customer. I had received a gift certificate for Christmas and thought I would give it a try after work. They close at 7 and I showed up around 6:20pm. When I walked in I was greeted by a lady named Judy. She was the only one working and I asked if she would have time to do a gel mani. She advised to give her 30 mins and she would help me. I stated that she closed at 7pm and she said if I had time she did to. That was a great start for someone who had never been there. With the nail work that she did and her kindness I have found my new nail salon.

Slightly rude but tolerable people run this place. For them to have been open as long as they have, I got a mediocre nail job done. I went in for a full set and she cut them way too short, applied three of my nails crooked and didn't shape them the way that I asked. I have been to numerous nail salons in this area and have had better experiences at other places. My first indicator should have been the empty parking lot.

Go there regularly for years now I work in retail and always get compliments on what a good job and how nice my nails look. Have made appointments or just walked in and always get the same great fast service. I travel an hour to get there and pass quite a few other nail places but wouldn't change.

Such great service and Mimi always does a great job! Awesome designs each time and they'll try any design you want too! Definitely worth my drive to get my nails done each time.

I don't know what the idiot in the last review is talking about but that place is great. 3 people work there, a woman, a young girl, and a man, and they are all friendly. They do such a great job on pedicures for only $20. They do a couple of extra steps that other places do not do. It truly is a SPA pedicure. They scrub your legs with some type of scrub with little crystals in it and lotion up your legs while they massage. They also put hot towels on each leg while they polish your nails. My legs come out looking so nice and shiny and my feet fresh and cute! Their chairs are also all new and massage/work great. The place is never too crowded or noisy. Its one of Roanoke's best kept secrets. Very relaxing. And Im one who has been to manh nail salons around here looking for a place to call "my spot". This is definitely MY Spot!! The woman does a great job on my eye brows too..

Don't go here. They are unfriendly and while they do an ok on a pedicure, they don't go over your feet or hardly massage your legs. they do it with little effort.

I don't know what the idiot in the last review is talking about but that place is great. 3 people work there, a woman, a young girl, and a man, and they are all friendly. They do such a great job on pedicures for only $20. They do a couple of extra steps that other places do not do. It truly is a SPA pedicure.
