Worst nail salon experience ever. They do ombre nails, so I had a pic and went in to have mine done. The only good thing I can say is that the color matches my bridesmaid dress exactly. It took 3 technicians 2 hours, I grew my nails out specifically to have them done for my friend's wedding and between the 3, my nails are filed too short, and the filing damaged my cuticles until they bled in two places. The ombre is just not, looks like blue nails with white tips, and they were going to charge me full price! I did get a very small discount, but my nails look so bad I'm considering having them redone at another salon. I am very disappointed, and will not go back there. Read Less

Went when I first moved here. Great experience. Today was a while another level of awful. Went in for dip color change and fill. Not only did she burn me when filing with the electric filer, but proceeded to soak my dip acrylic and tips In nail polish remover. It damaged the tip I had them put on new less then 3 weeks ago but she started to peal it off by hand ripping my nails underneath. Crappy application of the dip, more on my skin then nails. Real nails are all glued to my skin and trying to peal them apart is painful. Real nails are now nubs because she refused to put on tips after I told her 3 times I wanted tips re-applied. Not a good place to go at all! When I got there I told them what I wanted. The guy then comes and tells me no I need to do this. I say no I'll stick to what I want. He pressures me. The girl finally says no she wants this. The guy backs off they tell me to sit in one chair. Moves me to another place. The guy comes out and starts my nails. He has done maybe 1/4 and another lady comes up and hands me a bottle says use this and walks away. Another customer walks in and sits next to me the guy stop working on me and starts working on her. He then stops her starts on my nails again. While he is putting the acrylic nails on he cuts me not once but twice. His go to was talking nail polish remover and put it on the open cut. He finishes my nails when I go to pay I realize that they gave me gel polish not the normal making the price higher. I pay and leave. When I get to my next stop I realize that the nails are not even at all. So I call them and tell them they tell me to come back and they will fix I decline and ask for a refund. She wants to argue with me saying no. She finally agrees to give me a refund but by this time they are closed so I have to wait another day. Stay away from this place Read Less
