This is always my go to nail place, have been coming here for a couple years now but sadly lately they have been doing a terrible job. My nails broke within a week and my no chip chipped the following day that I got it done. And some of the newer ladies there are extremely rude. It literally hasn’t even been a week that I got a no chip gel full set and my nail already cracked and another one chipped off. I paid 55 all so this could happen. Then they tried to rudely blame me because my nail cracked within two days. Wish they still had the same owner. Read Less

It was my first time here since I didn't want to drive to the regular place I get my nails done and I honestly was looking forward to it and I just ended up leaving upset. The woman who took care of me had an attitude the entire time, hurt me during my pedicure, and over charged me. The place looks nice and clean. Such a shame. I will never go back here, the new owner is terrible! They cut me and cracked my nail so bad that half of it broke off the next day. I told the girl who did it that day and she hid in the back when she finished painting my nails. I spoke to the owner to complain and he called me a LIAR and screamed at me that I WAS NEVER there and had to prove it with a receipt. I told him I never got a receipt there and he called me a liar again. Then when I told him I paid cash he said they don't give receipts. So normally I don't write reviews unless I am super happy with the service, however this time, I have had enough! I quit going here a long time due to poor customer service when I brought my young daughter in to get a pedicure for Mommy and Daughter time and I received such an attitude like I was bothering them to ask them to take time and give my child a pedicure along side me while I got mine. I found another great nail salon and started going there until sadly, they change...d management and my lady was no longer there. So...I thought I would give them another chance. Now Hannah at 5 Star is AMAZING and I have been going back for about 2 months and requesting her, however EVERY time I try to call and make an appointment ahead of time with her, I am always told she is busy and has no openings. They try to pawn me off on another nail tech which if I wanted someone else, I wouldn't ask for Hannah DAYS in advance. They never want to put her on the phone when I ask to speak with her and I don't know if it's her not wanting to come to the phone or they just want the appointment themselves, but to me this is not acceptable! I just tried to make an appointment for Saturday but before I could even say Saturday, they said she's booked today. I said no I want Saturday morning and they said she is booked again. I have went here previously and they were OK but and Tuesday I went not only did they not understand what I was asking for which was a new set but the lady cut me three times and then told me it was my fault because I had to thick of skin.
