I can't express how disappointed I was after my last and final experience at this nail salon. I went there on a Friday, I got there at 1:20pm most of the nail techs were with other customers so the manager Thao Tieu took me to her station. At first I was so excited because I figured if the manager was going to do my fill-in, that I was in for a really good nail job! Boy, was I wrong. So, I sat in Thao's chair; and I hope that's really her name as she was hesitant to give it to me; I sat in her chair at 1:30 and she began to do my nails. She didn't speak or talk and I started to notice as people would walk in she would stop my nails and go over to give them her full attention, this didn't bother me at first because I figured she's the manager and has to keep on top of things, but when I looked at the time to see that it was now 2:00pm and all she had done was glue the nails on, I instantly had regrets about coming here. Oh, but it got worst! She left me sitting there with nails nowhere near done and I looked around to see where she had gone. Finally, I looked to the back of the salon to see that she was sitting with one of the customers that had just walked in and was starting her nails. She never said I'll be right back or let me start hers, she just left. About 10 mins later she walks past me, I got her attention and asked her when could she finish my nails as by this time it was 2:10, I explained to her that I had to pick up my 8 yr from school by 2:40 and that I been waiting for a long time. She didn't apologize or empathize at all she simply said I'll be back, went to the other customer and finished doing something to her nails before returning 5mins later. When she returns she starts to rush my nail job, the whole while stopping to answer the phone every 2mins and getting up multiple times to go to the front desk. When she came back I explained to her that I was not enjoying my experience, I told her that I came to relax and get my nails done and that this had become a bad experience, she couldn't have cared less. She continued to bull doze through my nails, and I could clearly see she didn't want to do them. She went on to apply the acrylic unevenly, I paid for gel nail polish which she applied with nail powder resisdue still on my nails from when she filed them, never told me to wash my hands or attempted to brush the powder away she just started polishing. By the end of this "experience" and looking down at my nails I could have cried they were so horrible, I showed her my results and asked her was she really going to let me walk out with my nails looking like this, she looked at them and said that they were fine and what was the problem. My nails were still wet, even though I'd paid for a gel set which is normally dried by ultra violet light before you leave, but she just wanted me out of her chair. At the counter while paying I'm staring at my nails and becoming more and more upset, I asked her then for a refund because I knew I was going to have to leave there and then go find another nail shop to correct my nails, she told me no. So I did exactly that, paid and left to go get my nails done by a professional. I have tons of pics and video of the horrible nail job, that I took to show their management and hopefully get a refund but was only offered to get my nails redone by them which I do not want after the way I was treated. I only want my hard earned money back which unfortunately they refused to give. Read Less
