Very good prices for mani/pedis but they are very limited in doing design work - DO NOT ask for anything other than solid colors and stripes/dots. My friend and I asked for hearts on one of our fingers and they were very sloppy. I have been going here for about a year, and in general I think the operators do an OK job...when they are actually present. HOWEVER, in the last month I've been disappointed twice, and I DON'T think I will come back. The first time was when I did a walk-in visit to get an acrylic fill. They had operators there to do pedicures, and two people were getting pedis. But NO ONE was there to do hands. How does that happen in the middle of the afternoon? The second time, j...ust this morning, my daughter and I walked in a little after they opened. One lady was getting a pedi, and the other operator began work on my daughter's pedi. They said that two of the other operators (who could do my fill) were due in any minute. So I waited while my daughter got serviced. 40 minutes later, when she was getting finished, the other two operators decided to show up. I didn't feel like waiting anymore, so we paid and left. There was also a woman who came in while I was waiting, and left because no one was available. So they lost TWO customers within the first hour of being open. I just think that, when you run a full-service salon, you need to have all services available all the time, unless you post specific special hours for those services. My final problem with this place involves how they handled things a couple of months ago when it was determined I needed a full set (acrylic) replacement. I was OK with it; I saw the price that was posted on their menu. However, when it came time to pay, she informed me that the removal of the old material from my fingers was an EXTRA $10, which was NOT posted on the price board, and which I had never been charged for at any other salon. If I'd known beforehand, I would have removed them at home and saved myself the $10. I guess what I'm saying is, this place is OK, but ask up front for all fees, and definitely call ahead before you come. There are plenty of other nail places to choose from.
