Awful customer service. This is the worst nail salon I have been to in Richmond va. The owner of the salon is extremely rude as well as the staff. They throw your hands and tell you to shut up. If I could give this piece of trash place 0 stars I would. Definitely will be contacting the BBB. Wish they could shut this place down.

I love that there is a black owned salon in my community! A Polshed Work provides great service and makes you feel at home. Mocha was my nail tech, so was friendly and knowledgeable!

This is a wonderful representation of how Black excellence looks in the race to be the best. By far, this is THE best experience I've had thus far. Nail 2K has a friendly atmosphere , they do walk ins with very little wait time , the pricing is great , I have been down here since 2009 , traveling back and forth to NY , it was hard finding a nail salon with my expectations and would do a nice job like the salon up home , now that i have found Nail 2K my search is over , they do a great job .

Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Never a long wait. They offer soft drinks to clients and take their time so that they ensure you leave out happy.

Love this place. My go to is Hannah, she is awesome and always takes great care with my feet, nice massage at the end, and extra careful and neat with the polish.
