Worst experience ever. It was my first time there and didn’t even get a warm welcoming staff seemed very rude and picky on who got which client. The young man that did my nails was very rude and looked like he didn’t know what he was doing two of my nails were put on crooked and the guy made it seem like it was just my finger. I paid $38 for a full set with no chip color the next day my nails started chipping. I will never go here again except to fix it because I paid for it and they need to make sure it’s what I paid for. I have never had a problem here until this past week. I went in to have my acrylics filled. The young man cut my fingers open 3 times without as much as an apology, then continued to pull on the skin as if to check if it was really a cut, causing it to bleed significantly. Also, I asked him not to make the nails too thin (as I work with my hands a lot) and continued to mention it multiple times, but he still made MOST of them really thin (another problem here - not all of the...m were similar in thickness or length, it was all over the place). 2 days later & I had one chipped nail and one nail that came clean off just from normal use. My nails are completely different lengths as well because he never checked them against each other and did whatever he saw fit with each nail. Luckily, I only wasted $15 on this disaster since it was just a fill. I wouldn't mind recommending this place to someone since it's very clean and most of the people are kind and attentive. However, the very young man who I believe is named Mike does not know how to give a proper acrylic manicure. My friends have also expressed a similar sentiment about this same man. This place was super clean. They line their pedi bowls so your water is completely fresh and clean. I like my water hot and my tech delivered! Massage chairs are great, best surprising part was when she got done with my nails, she came around the back of me and massaged my neck and shoulders!
