I'm giving 3 stars because the owner and staff are so nice, the place is really clean, and I got my first manicure for free. That said, I had to sugar scrub my own hands because the staff have manicures too (No one explained why they don't use gloves). Then they told me a should put a second top coat on.... myself . The polish itself is messy around the edges, and three days later it's chipped in at least 5 places. They also cut too much around the edge of my thumb, and it hurt for a couple of days. The top coat is not high shine, so it makes a messy job look worse. It also ended abruptly. They left a fan on my nails and mumbled something about whenever I was done. I didn't know how long I should sit, so I just turned it off and left. I'd say a free manicure is worth it, but I tipped a lot, and I could have done just as well on my own nails for free. Read Less

I went to Atir looking to go be my nails a break from my usual gel mani. I booked an appointment about a week in advance, the guy at the front was welcoming and I got set up for my pedicure right on time! Katie did my pedi and was fabulous, they use stainless steel sinks which I’ve never seen before and it was a fun experience. They have hundreds of colors to choose from! The mani bar was super fun, it was my first time so they explained each step and the benefits for my nails. I left feeling pampered and like my nails had been taken care of! I have super-sensitive skin and the natural way that your nails are cared for here improves my itchy dry skin. I can't stand the chemicals at other nail places. The prices are higher, but it is well worth the price. Everything is done by hand and the staff are friendly and attentive. Every area of the salon is clean and sanitary. Read Less

They'll educate you on how on upkeep for mani/pedis so that they last longer. Can't say enough about them! Went for my first time before going back to work from maternity leave and took my 12 week old thinking he would sleep, he did not. The staff (and other awesome customers) tolerated his babbling and at times fussiness, me walking around to keep him quiet etc. The technician who did my nails stood up with me while I swayed with him to keep him quiet, seriously they all went above and beyond! I've been coming here for three years for manicures and pedicures and have not once been disappointed. The salon is clean and inviting and an all around good atmosphere to relax. The technicians are efficient, polite, and know what they're doing. Make sure you allot yourself enough time for an appointment because you truly get pampered and won't just get rushed in and out in thirty minutes. Went here for the first time and I found my new favorite nail salon. Impeccably clean, wonderful service, and the best leg massage I've ever had with a pedicure. You even get a shoulder massage while your nails dry. Oh and they have a mani/pedi deal for $35 Mondays through Wednesdays. I only had time for a pedicure, but I will definitely be back! Read Less
