General Info
Natural Nails and their health is our focus. Here we have a fully staffed clinic and facility, providing manicure and pedicure services to the Richmond and surrounding market utilizing our four step program. This facility can service twelve manicures and seven pedicures per hour. We accommodate individuals and groups (wedding parties, office outings, etc.). Appointments are highly recommended; walk-ins are always welcome but not always a guaranteed.

Used to love this place but today I asked that my fingers not get cut down too much. Next time I look down she apparently heard “cut them as short as you can”. I’m vivid!!

Used to love this place. Would go here once every 2 weeks and get both no chip mani and no chip pedi. Started bringing my daughter (who is 9) and eventually paid for a no chip manicure for her as well...
Used to love this place. Would go here once every 2 weeks and get both no chip mani and no chip pedi. Started bringing my daughter (who is 9) and eventually paid for a no chip manicure for her as well as she was in the habit of biting off her nails. No chip helped prevent it. Most often the no chip would fall off in a matter of days, sometimes a week an a couple days. Everyone knows that you get a minim of 2 weeks with a no chip otherwise the fix/replacement is free. I did no...t take advantage of this very often but keeping my daughter’s nails intact was of utmost importance. At some point, the owner decided to change the rule for the 2 wk replacement free if they fall off and charge me half of a no chip price even though it had only been 9 days since I had brought my daughter in. If this was a rule he should have listed it online or in the store and I would have understood. I would have known what I am getting myself into. But he pulled it out of nowhere in the middle of the service. If they don’t do “no chip” for kids because they know this will happen they should say so and not be quick to take my money without providing the guarantee. I was blindsided. See More

I've been going to Nail Junkie for over a year now. My nails are typically brittle and break easily, even when I would get them done in the past. Since, I've been going to Nail Junkie my nails have been the healthiest ever and have grown super fast. So much I have to file them down in between appointments. In addition to the quality of work, they have excellent customer service and environment is really cool. I highly suggest making an appointment because they get super busy.

A few friends have recommend this place, especially getting them done by Avka. I was extremely disappointed when I was told that he wasn't taking any new clients.But why is this the when theres availability?! I was actually able to get an appt but as soon as whoever answered the phone realized I was a new client they said they couldn't take me. Can you help please?! I would love to get my nails done for my birthday by Avka.

This was my second time traveling almost a hour to get my nails done, and it was SOO worth the drive. The nail techs take their time even with a full shop! I've been to many places and walked out so disappointment on how messy my nails looked. I've been satisfied both times!! They are true to the appointment times, and the BYOB is definitely a plus. Today was also my daughter, who is 2 first time getting her nails done and the tech was so patient and actually every single person in the shop was so kind. I'm truly a Nail Junkie fan!!!

I now see why this salon has 5 stars across the board. I had the best spa manicure I've ever had today- extremely thorough and my nails look absolutely awesome. I did not feel rushed as often is the case in many other salons. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing, the staff is very friendly, and it's a in a great location with easy parking. Love this place, and I will absolutely be returning!

Oh my god, this place is a dream come true. I came in for my first appointment with Avka to swap my heinous acrylics for a gel set and never looked back. After spending an hour slowly removing the junk from my old mani, Avka proceeded to sculpt for me the most beautiful gel nails that didn't even need tips and I might have cried a little. I will never go to another nail salon. Avka is an artist and everyone else he hires is just as talented. If you're not a client here you're making a mistake.

I've been going to Nail Junkie for over a year now. My nails are typically brittle and break easily, even when I would get them done in the past. Since, I've been going to Nail Junkie my nails have been the healthiest ever and have grown super fast. So much I have to file them down in between appointments. This was my second time traveling almost a hour to get my nails done, and it was SOO worth the drive. The nail techs take their time even with a full shop! I've been to many places and walked out so disappointment on how messy my nails looked. I've been satisfied both times!! They are true to the appointment times, and the BYOB is definitely a plus. I now see why this salon has 5 stars across the board. I had the best spa manicure I've ever had today- extremely thorough and my nails look absolutely awesome. I did not feel rushed as often is the case in many other salons. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing, the staff is very friendly, and it's a in a great location with easy parking. Love this place, and I will absolutely be returning!

Oh my god, this place is a dream come true. I came in for my first appointment with Avka to swap my heinous acrylics for a gel set and never looked back. After spending an hour slowly removing the junk from my old mani, Avka proceeded to sculpt for me the most beautiful gel nails that didn't even need tips and I might have cried a little. I will never go to another nail salon. Avka is an artist and everyone else he hires is just as talented. If you're not a client here you're making a mistake.
