I will not be getting my nails done here ever again. The workmanship was not good at all. I got a gel set with enhancements and they began to fall off on the 3rd day. I have no idea why this place has five stars. Walking into the place seems very professional, but in the back... Oh no. I asked for a simple French tip pedicure and it was very sloppy. Majority of the nail technicians have a bad attitude, and she blamed the sloppiness on the shape of my toes. She said I cut them too short. Hmm..then how come other people can NEATLY french tip my toes regardless of my toe nail shape? Also, my friend went to get her nails done with gel polish and it came out sloppy as well. They were too focused on quantity of customers than quality of nails. This is the worst nail place I've ever been to. I am not coming back and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I went to 425 Nails for the first time yesterday. It was the best experience I've ever had. The salon was clean. The nail techs are all friendly. They are all about making sure you leave completely satisfied. I went in for a nail removal and a full set. They didn't drill my nails all the way for the nail removal. My full set is the best it's ever been. This will now be my go to shop even if I have to drive from NC every 2 weeks. Read Less

Had a great experience here! I found this place via Groupon ($15 for a gel manicure) and was very happy with the care and consideration they put into doing their customers' nails. They don't try to rush you out the door and the conversation is hilarious. When I first arrived and was attempting to pick a color, I mentioned I wanted something neutral. My nail stylist immediately pulled a color off the shelf that was perfect for me. I would definitely go back! The only reason I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is pretty expensive. I went there as a birthday gift for myself and I really enjoyed it. I received an amazing Gel Manicure and a lavender Spa Pedicure from Keta. <3 The Atmosphere is soo relaxing and inviting. The whole team at 425 seem like a family that you just can relax and laugh with. I left feeling relaxed and hands and feet looking great. It was a great start to my birthday. A really cute place! So full disclosure, I bought a Groupon for a gel manicure here and I'm glad I did! It's a new salon (opened August 2016) with only two nail techs so they are relatively busy (it took me a couple of tries to get an appointment). The ladies are absolutely fabulous! The atmosphere was super relaxed, friendly, and it was an all around good time. The prices are a little steep ($35 for gel, $10 for gel removal) but they are a new business so I get it.
