Do NOT go for a prenatal massage - I am 36 weeks pregnant and went for a prenatal massage yesterday. After checking in with the front desk, the masseuse led me back to the massage room and told me to undress and get on the table etc. After doing so, she returned to the room and told me I was too pregnant for a massage and she and the manager asked me to LEAVE. No where on their website does it state they will not perform massages to women in their last month of pregnancy, nor did they say anything to me when I made the appointment or checked in with the front desk. Furthermore, my doctor has cleared me for a massage and even recommended it. The experience was incredibly unprofessional and honestly humiliating. I will never go back to Spa Noa. Read Less

I have been coming to Spa Noa for years for laser hair removal and facials and i have an awesome/professional experience every time. First of all the technician understands the science behind hair growth and removal so they are good about letting you know whether or not it is worth the service. This is my third visit to Spa Noa.  I met Jen for the first time at the front desk...she was delightful!  The first person one meets upom entering an establishment really sets the tone for an overall experience. Jen obviously knows that, and represents well.  I love that the mani/pedis are not rushed.  Soraia was absolutely grand!  Leg/foot massage during the mani was amazing.The only two things I would suggest to management is 1) lower the overhead lighting, and instead install task lighting for the technicians,  and 2) coach all the technicians to be conscious of their voice tone and conversation.  Soraia was mindful of this.  The other tech could use a bit more coaching.   Incorporating these would go a long way toward a true spa experience...and would garner a 5-star rating!Check them out! Noa was not able to do a pedicure this morning, shortly after they opened, asking me to come back later this afternoon. Basically eliminating my ability to use the 25% Yelp Check in discount. I love Spa Noa! I've been coming here for years and Lucy and Mary are phenomenal. Mary is so tasteful in her hair styling in a way that I think all age groups would agree with. Lucy is so skillful and consistent in her waxing and facial services. They're both very passionate about their work and it shows. I should also mention that in the past year or two, Lucy and Mary have been renovating the spa and it's been coming along great! And let me tell you--the product lines that they've been using, like GM Collin, are tried and true and have withstood the test of time in the market. Looking forward to coming in again soon. I took my 11 year old daughter in to have her hair braided. Melonie the stylist was amazing. She made my daughter feel very comfortable from the very beginning and did an excellent job with her hair. She even offered her tips on how to care for her hair and skin in between visits. We'll be coming back again and again as long as Melonie is there. Read Less

Just got a massage there. Asked for a Swedish massage. Get into room and the massage therapist starts telling me a Swedish massage is not what I want that it's too lite. Starts talking telling me I need deep tissue and pressing on me and wouldn't stop talking trying to sell me on a deep tissue massage.  After 5 minutes or so of this non stop talking, I tell her I'd really like to go to sleep --  hint stop talking and just give me massage I asked for!  She did stop talking and gave me the lite massage which was fine except I felt she was pissed that I shut her down, but I closed my eyes and relaxed. When I get out to the front, they tell me it's 130$-- price of a deep tissue!  The therapist is standing up front probably wanting to see how I would react. I tellThem it wasn't a deep tissue, despite the fact that the therapist kept trying to convince me of getting one the first 5-10 minutes of the massage. She gets argumentative. What a disaster. Not sure how they are hiring their therapists?  They used to have great therapists. Not anymore. Giving 2 stars for nice girl up front and the fact that they did not charge me for a deep tissue which was the right thing to do. Read Less

I wanted to get a haircut as a walk in. I asked the receptionist the cost of a men's haircut and was told $35-$45 depending on the stylist. I agreed and Sahar cut my hair.When I went the pay, they charged me $56. I stated that I was quoted a maximum of $45 they said this particular stylist was $56. I was irritated as I felt this was a bait and switch. I subsequently received an email inquiring how satisfied I was with the salon. Before I wrote this review, I responded to the email asking that a manager call so I could discuss my experience. I never received a response.I will never return to Spa Noa nor could I recommend it to anyone else. Read Less

I love Spa Noa and highly recommended to you. People are very experience, devoted to give their clients a relaxing experience. The owner is always there taking care of the smallest details. Magusha is amazing for skin care( she help me to overcome a bad case of black spots on my face). Virginia, Thi, Ree, equally great for pedicure and manicure. At least your receptionist gets poor rating. Didn't even get to the hairstylist, as I walked out after 25 minutes of wait. Not even "sorry it's taking so long", maybe "would you like some water while you wait?", nothing! Come to think of it, hair stylist gets a poor rating too - she didn't walk out to apologize after the previous client left, maybe say that she's just getting ready or something like that.
