I got a pedicure and what was supposed to be a fill with gel color. During my pedicure I asked how much and was told $28 so she proceed to do my pedicure and apply gel polish to my toes. I didn't think anything of since I asked the price before hand. Then on to my nails. I can't count how many times she cut and burned me. As I go to pay for the services she tells me $103. WHAT!!! ,$80 is usually what I pay at LA nails just down the street. Like any person would do I asked why. She told me $28 for the pedicure and another $25 for gel on my toes. I told her that was ridiculous seeing how I asked before she even did anything. Not to mention I ended up giving myself a foot scrub with a stone when I got home because it was as if she didn't do anything but soak my feet and paint my toes. My fill and gel color were $50 that's normal. I paid and even tipped(because I did get the service), when I got to the car and actually looked at my nails they were horrible. I ended up going right back in and having her fix two of them. It wasn't a problem with the polish but it was her acrylic application. One nail she "fixed" now has almost no acrylic on it (literally, I can bend my nail). Some of the other nails look like I still need a fill and others have so much acrylic towards the cuticle it's ridiculous. I went to nail school, I know how and have done nails for years. I did better while still in school than she did today. I will never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. Just wasted $100 for nothing.

Awful! If you want to be humiliated, have a bunch of women cackle in their native language, then laugh at you when you ask to have two nails repaired, (because that's all you need today), then this is the place to go. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, and I will never again choose this one!

Ask the price first!!! Just got ripped off. I've been going for a year to the same girl. Always paid $36 for fill and gel color. My usual girl was sick so got really sloooow and crappy service. I gave her my card and she charged $50. Adamantly opposed to the point they called the owner. He agreed I was overcharged. Wanted to give me credit for my next visit. LOL..NEVER GOING BACK!!

I also was not that impressed with the color choices, too many dark colors, not enough happy spring and summer ones! For $28 bucksFor a pedicure I'd probably come back.

I recently received a mani-pedi from Michelle. From the start, it was not a pleasant experience. Communication was difficult as she spoke very little English. The water for the footbath was cool and not at all enjoyable. The actual pedicure was decent.
The gel manicure was another story. Michelle was rough cutting the cuticle away. The heated mitten was so hot that I gasped when she placed my hand into the mitten. I immediately took it out. When my other hand was ready for the mitten, that too was so hot that I yelled. She never apologized and just proceeded with the nail color. I couldn't wait for it to be over. I promptly paid the check but did not leave her a gratuity. It's been several days now and the base color on my nails has come through leaving a yellow cast. Only a little of the nail color remains around the outside of the nail.
This was truly the worst mani-pedi I've ever received. I should've requested the manager but I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

These ladies are awesome! Always willing to take walk in... I only have to wait 10 minutes. Tina put me on the massage chair while I wait. The French manicure & pedicure was exceptional. The price is also reasonable. It was definitely a treat for me to get pampered here. Highly recommended.

Was going to Rachel for 6 years and she was awesome. Unfortunately after she left nothing was good. Final straw last appointment my foot was cut badly, and nails have black Fungus and half are lifting...

The business has been here awhile so this place tends to get super busy. I should say they are busy every single time I stop by. Last time I visited which was last week or two ago and I ended up leaving the place after waiting for 40 minutes. They took three people before me although they came after and lady told me they were all appointments. I didn't seem like they were all appointments but more like regulars they recognized and wanted to provide priority service over someone who occasionally come. They are pricey too, just shellac for manicure is 45. I've gotten a few deigns here before but didn't turn out well. I supposed they are okay with one color or French. I honestly won't go here unless you need something done in the area right that hour. I won't talk about service, anyone who gets nails done from Vietnamese nails store should know there's no such thing as service.

It was so hot in here. Now I realize the temps outside were pushing 100 but I almost passed out sitting there. I really feel sorry for the employees. Perhaps that is why the tech rushed and did a pretty poor job. I'm not sure new clean instruments were used. And as i get a better look at my French manicure j can still see traces of my previous red nail color in the corners. The final straw for me was the inability to tip via credit card. Since there was no sign with prices or that policy I was not prepared. Seriously. Who carries cash anymore.

I will have to go to another place to get a proper manicure. To walk out of a salon with your nails looking uneven and sloppy it a shame. This person has no business doing nails. I kept quite, paid and left, wil never go back.

I will find another place. It used to be good circa 2008.

This place is ridiculously overpriced for the quality of work that they do ($28 pedicure). I have been here on a few occasions because it is closest nail shop to my house and every time the color gets applied unevenly and my nails chip within days. Everything is done very sloppily and to add on to my frustration, the staff is not very friendly. I will not be returning to this place after my last visit where my pedicure water was scorching hot and when I said something, the nail technician adjusted the water temp with the worst attitude ever.

First off, this place is way overpriced for your everyday mani/pedi "spa." I took my young daughter in for pedicures without reading a price list first, which I SHOULD have. If I would have, I would never have used this salon, and will never use again. The price was ~$20-25 MORE than I normally pay for dual pedicures (me and my daughter).Additionally, the chairs were really uncomfortable (it felt like the padding had broken down from age), and the gals that did our toesies were average at best. They were ok, but I get better pedicures for far less elsewhere. For the first time, my daughter didn't smile once during her time there, which is unusual. This is our mommy/daughter time, and she usually loves this time together, so I was really saddened at her boredom with this "spa" and how they did NOTHING to help her get more comfortable (the chairs hurt her bottom and back). I made numerous references to having something behind her back for support, and they just ignored me.Basically, unless you really want to pay too much for a mani/pedi, don't waste your time here.

I've been going here for a while but am going to have to start finding a different place.They become rude if you DON"T decide to go for the extra services they are pushing..and that's wrong. You have to really watch out for some of the staff who do not trim their own nails. Don't know about you but someone trying to work on your feet and give you a pedicure should not have long, sharp nails themselves! And when you tell them, "Hey, be careful, that hurts" they get really angry. Well that's not exactly the best customer service.

I needed a last-minute pedicure, and Angel Nails was the only salon available at the time. Kind of a mistake. Although they could take me right away, the pedicure was not good. At all. The woman (I didn't catch her name) was very nice and personable, but the pedicure itself was pretty bad. I like to keep my toenails pretty short, and she wouldn't bust out the nail clippers - she would go at the nails with cuticle trimmers, and then file the heck out of them. I kept asking about the clippers, just because it would make it easier on her, but she just shook her head. It was weird. It also left my toes kind of unevenly cut/filed. In a pinch, this place is ok, but I won't be going back.

Evidently the gal wanted me to hold my hands in a way I wasn't used to during manicures, so I drifted to a more natural position as the gal worked. Well, after several hand slaps - alternating with the hard sell to come back to this same gal - I was determined to get out and never return. On top of all that, she didn't even do a decent job polishing my nails. Forget about it!

I just feel very overwhelmed when walking in, 1) bc everyone is "eyeing" you and trying to take you from others, not very relaxing! 2)the angel decor? WAY over the topIf you do go here, go to Lynn, she's nice, does a good job, and very attentive.

I recently received a mani-pedi from Michelle. From the start, it was not a pleasant experience. Communication was difficult as she spoke very little English. The water for the footbath was cool and not at all enjoyable. The actual pedicure was decent.

First off, this place is way overpriced for your everyday mani/pedi "spa." I took my young daughter in for pedicures without reading a price list first, which I SHOULD have. If I would have, I would never have used this salon, and will never use again. The price was ~$20-25 MORE than I normally pay for dual pedicures (me and my daughter).Additionally, the chairs were really uncomfortable (it felt like the padding had broken down from age), and the gals that did our toesies were average at best. They were ok, but I get better pedicures for far less elsewhere. For the first time, my daughter didn't smile once during her time there, which is unusual. This is our mommy/daughter time, and she usually loves this time together, so I was really saddened at her boredom with this "spa" and how they did NOTHING to help her get more comfortable (the chairs hurt her bottom and back). I made numerous references to having something behind her back for support, and they just ignored me.Basically, unless you really want to pay too much for a mani/pedi, don't waste your time here.

I've been going here for a while but am going to have to start finding a different place.They become rude if you DON"T decide to go for the extra services they are pushing..and that's wrong. You have to really watch out for some of the staff who do not trim their own nails. Don't know about you but someone trying to work on your feet and give you a pedicure should not have long, sharp nails themselves! And when you tell them, "Hey, be careful, that hurts" they get really angry. Well that's not exactly the best customer service.

This place is very hit or miss. Somtimes they do a good job but most of the time, with walkins, you get the people who don't seem to be that great (which is probably why they are not booked). I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you know your nail person and have a reservation.

I needed a last-minute pedicure, and Angel Nails was the only salon available at the time. Kind of a mistake. Although they could take me right away, the pedicure was not good. At all. The woman (I didn't catch her name) was very nice and personable, but the pedicure itself was pretty bad. I like to keep my toenails pretty short, and she wouldn't bust out the nail clippers - she would go at the nails with cuticle trimmers, and then file the heck out of them. I kept asking about the clippers, just because it would make it easier on her, but she just shook her head. It was weird. It also left my toes kind of unevenly cut/filed. In a pinch, this place is ok, but I won't be going back.

Wow, I've never had my hand slapped by a manicurist until I went here. Evidently the gal wanted me to hold my hands in a way I wasn't used to during manicures, so I drifted to a more natural position as the gal worked. Well, after several hand slaps - alternating with the hard sell to come back to this same gal - I was determined to get out and never return. On top of all that, she didn't even do a decent job polishing my nails. Forget about it!

I just feel very overwhelmed when walking in, 1) bc everyone is "eyeing" you and trying to take you from others, not very relaxing! 2)the angel decor? WAY over the topIf you do go here, go to Lynn, she's nice, does a good job, and very attentive.
