I went this morning and the nails look great overall but the customer service is horrible. The person doing my nails had cut me twice with the nail file. He didn’t ask me what shape I wanted. He was very rough with my hands also. It felt like he was about to pull my thumb out of place. It was horrible.

After doing my own pedicures for fifteen years, i decided to treat myself before a two week vacation. I brought pictures to show her how to design the toes. It ended up being NOTHING like I asked for....
After doing my own pedicures for fifteen years, i decided to treat myself before a two week vacation. I brought pictures to show her how to design the toes. It ended up being NOTHING like I asked for. I tried to communicate with her but she just couldn't get it. Then I tried to politely and calmly tell the only English speaking lady in the place that works there that I wasntw getting across to the lady and needed help. Apparently she thought i was being funny because all she did was giggle and kept on doing her thing. I had to redo my toes myself and I'm livid. If I ever go back there I'll make sure I don't leave until I get what i want. The pedicure itself was lovely and the salon was very clean.

Incredible experience. We were at Ed Allen's Campground and wife wanted to get her nails done. Therefore, we asked On-Star for the closest nail place which brought us to Lush Nails. We went in with, well, its a nail place that is close by. Well, we left with, this is the nail and SPA place we will come back to. Might I add, my wife has been asking me for years to get my feet done and I Always declined. Well, yesterday was different, I did and absolutely loved it; why did I wait so long. Add the mimosa and Superb Customer Service to it, we will surely be back. The price for my wife's pedicure and manicure, and my pedicure was the cost of what she pays for herself here in Chesterfield. Awesome, relaxing, and now "Our" new Nail and SPA.

The man in the seat under the tv near the nail polish was absolutely rude. He did not answer questions properly when I asked of him. He charged me extra for the shape of my nails saying it was time consuming. When I asked a list of prices he told me 25 for my nails. I specifically said I want to keep the price at 25. I walked out paying 30 due to a “shape”. The manager just stared the entire time and ate grapes outside.

Love Celine's, wouldnt go anywhere else. I will say i feel like they always rush through my pedi's. Im on my feet all day at work and at home with my 6m son. I need my feet to be taken care of.

Horrible experience. Went in for a full set. Almost all of my nails are different lengths and shapes. Not to mention a few are crooked. I even had to point out to the tech that there was still old polish that was not completely removed and was still visible. One week later and the acrylic is already coming off.

A marvelous salon right here close to home. It is modern, clean, airy and has a relaxing atmosphere. The owner is a welcoming professional who takes the time to get to know clients. The technicians I have seen are capable and caring. My experiences have been ones that will bring me back to Lush again and again. No more need to drive to Short Pump or Mechanicsville when I need a service on short notice. I feel quite certain that if I were ever less than pleased with a service, the staff would make it right. I highly recommend Lush.

I had a horrible experience with this salon. I cam in and asked for a dip powder manicure, what I left with was not that. I asked for rounded nails and left with odd points on all of them. I now am going back to my old nail salon all the way on the West End of town just so this doesn't happen again. I have acrylic powder all over my cuticles and the lady who did my nails left before I could even give the criticism. Not professional and I will not be going back.

It was a great nail salon when they first opened but it has gone way down since. This was the 3rd time I made an appointment and you still have to wait 20-30 min. So what's the point in the first place. The cleanliness has gone down as well. Will probably go somewhere from now on.

Lovely new place! Best in Quinton for sure. It is beautiful with friendly people working there. Adults get a complimentary alcoholic beverage with each manicure/pedicure. I highly recommend it.

I went this morning and the nails look great overall but the customer service is horrible. The person doing my nails had cut me twice with the nail file. He didn’t ask me what shape I wanted. He was very rough with my hands also. It felt like he was about to pull my thumb out of place. It was horrible.

Horrible experience. Went in for a full set. Almost all of my nails are different lengths and shapes. Not to mention a few are crooked. I had a horrible experience with this salon. I cam in and asked for a dip powder manicure, what I left with was not that. I asked for rounded nails and left with odd points on all of them. It was a great nail salon when they first opened but it has gone way down since. This was the 3rd time I made an appointment and you still have to wait 20-30 min. So what's the point in the first place. The cleanliness has gone down as well. Will probably go somewhere from now on.
