The nail technician I had removed my acrylic nails so painfully and left my nails incredibly brittle and thin. My polish was applied very clumpy and uneven. The staff was very friendly but that did not make up for the lack of knowledge or expertise I would expect from a business.

In MY opinion, unless Helen is doing your nails, don't bother. She's the only one that really cares about making them perfect. When another lady did my pedicure and manicure, they chipped the same day...
In MY opinion, unless Helen is doing your nails, don't bother. She's the only one that really cares about making them perfect. When another lady did my pedicure and manicure, they chipped the same day and looked sloppy. When she fixed my big toe, she almost just made it worse. I did call later to let them know and she offered to redo it all, I just didn't have time.

This place is the worst! I booked a week in advance for my wedding party. We went in shifts since there were 7 of us but they still couldn't handle all of us. The whole process took 3 hours. They were...
This place is the worst! I booked a week in advance for my wedding party. We went in shifts since there were 7 of us but they still couldn't handle all of us. The whole process took 3 hours. They were still working on manicures from the first group when we got there so they put us in the pedicure chairs and the water got cold by the time they got to us. The guy who did my pedicure just wandered away and no one would tell me what was happening for 30 minutes. My mother had to come back because they had done something wrong and her nails weren't dry hours later. She had nail polish all over her. To top it all off not a single person in my wedding party was happy with their nails, they did a terrible job.

Really wonderful! I was so happy with both my manicure and pedicure. I do the "soak off" nail manicure. She did a beautiful job! Best job I have had anywhere. The pedicure was so relaxing and this was the first place that I have ever gone to that did the parafin wax treatment on my hands and my feet! I feel pampered and can't wait to go again. Highly recommended!

The nail technician I had removed my acrylic nails so painfully and left my nails incredibly brittle and thin. My polish was applied very clumpy and uneven. The staff was very friendly but that did not make up for the lack of knowledge or expertise I would expect from a business.

In MY opinion, unless Helen is doing your nails, don't bother. She's the only one that really cares about making them perfect. When another lady did my pedicure and manicure, they chipped the same day and looked sloppy. When she fixed my big toe, she almost just made it worse. I did call later to let them know and she offered to redo it all, I just didn't have time.

This place is the worst! I booked a week in advance for my wedding party. We went in shifts since there were 7 of us but they still couldn't handle all of us. The whole process took 3 hours. They were still working on manicures from the first group when we got there so they put us in the pedicure chairs and the water got cold by the time they got to us. The guy who did my pedicure just wandered away and no one would tell me what was happening for 30 minutes. Really wonderful! I was so happy with both my manicure and pedicure. I do the "soak off" nail manicure. She did a beautiful job! Best job I have had anywhere. The pedicure was so relaxing and this was the first place that I have ever gone to that did the parafin wax treatment on my hands and my feet! I feel pampered and can't wait to go again. Highly recommended!
