My daughter and her friend went here today and the staff was rude, refused to do the shape of nails my daughter requested. The finished nails are atrocious! They look like the plastic nails you can buy at the dollar store and just glue on! My daughter also did not like the color she picked(she requested plain white and was told she could not get white). After the polish was applied on the first nail my daughter asked if she could pick a different color And the employee said no. I am contemplating going up there Monday, since they are closed on Sundays, and requesting a full refund!

I am really big on customer service, so when I walk into an establishment I expect someone to say "Hello" which they didn't. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first, but now I see that they're just rude.
It's no point in making an appointment because they will not honor it and try to keep you waiting.
Definitely not worth leaving a tip let alone returning to.

People are really nice although I had to keep telling the lady how I wanted my nails and she still didn't get it right. Afterwards I went on to pay for my sister in law and my nails which were 2 regu...
People are really nice although I had to keep telling the lady how I wanted my nails and she still didn't get it right. Afterwards I went on to pay for my sister in law and my nails which were 2 regular fullsets and without asking her for the price first she rang my card up automatically for $90. Thought that price was outrageous so be sure to check that board of prices before going. It suckes to walk out of the nail shop to not have what you want after paying all that money. I will never go back to that shop ever again. On top of everything there was only one person working in their and the lady would switch to my nails over to my sister in laws nails until she finished both of ours which I thought was very unsanitary and unprofessional. What a waste of my money and lots of my time!!

Took my wife and her friends her since it was closes to our place and prep for our friend's wedding. Surprisingly everyone were happy and sacrifices. They wanted to come back since they loved the place, its clear (very important!), technicians are friendly with years experience.

My daughter and her friend went here today and the staff was rude, refused to do the shape of nails my daughter requested. The finished nails are atrocious! I am really big on customer service, so when I walk into an establishment I expect someone to say "Hello" which they didn't. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first, but now I see that they're just rude.

People are really nice although I had to keep telling the lady how I wanted my nails and she still didn't get it right.
