Bought a groupon months ago. Every time I called I couldn’t get an answer. I finally get a answer on Monday and set up an appt as my groupon expires in a few days ago. I went to Shears & Brushes for the first time to get a pedicure in August and specifically told my technician that I had been having issues with an ingrown toenail. I asked her to be aware of where I was in pain and to NOT cut the corners of my big toenails. Not only did she continue to squeeze and cut into my painful toe but also proceeded to cut the corners on ALL my nails! I have now been struggling with ingrown toenails in ALL FOUR CORNERS of my big toes for weeks. Its a constant excruciating pain and incredibly hard to even start to fix. I would not recommend going here if you have any issues with your feet because they may not listen and you'll be in pain for much longer. Read Less

I've been coming here to get my nails and feet done for about a year now. The owner, Lashaunda is the person that services me. She is very professional, courteous and friendly. She is a perfectionist and is meticulous with everything that she does. Not only is she licensed to perform nail services, she is also a licensed cosmetologist. This salon is located in Churchland, right across the street from the fire station and beside the 7-11 shopping center in a non assuming building that used to be a OB/GYN office (fun fact: the OB Dr was the one who delivered me!) and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL on the inside! This salon has a system similar to a punch card and they offer a discount for repeat customers. The price is right and I'm always able to make an appointment that fits my busy schedule. Read Less

This was my first time and it certainly won't be my last. Johnny did an amazing job. I got a fill and my toes repainted and it was under $50 with a tip. The place I had been going to was charging me over $60 for the same thing and I was never happy with it. I didn't feel like a number at all....made my next appointment for two weeks!! I usually get 90 mnute massages every months or so. I found this place on Groupon. I was initially hesistant because there were only about 2 reviews, one good & one bad. Then no reviews up here at the time. So I was taking a risk.I'll be honest, I called for about a week trying to schedule an appt. Either I would keep getting the voicemail or no one would pick up. Once I finally got someone to answer, they put me on hold and NEVER clicked back over!!! I was NOT a happy camper and left one final voicemail for a callback and about my experience trying to schedule an appt. Weirdly, the following week, someone called me back and as easy as 1, 2, 3, scheduled me for my appt. I unfortunately couldn't get my money back from Groupon and still really needed the massage.The location was kind of off the side road and looks super plain outside but the inside was decorated beautifully. I expected it to be busy but it wasn't and the small staff was very pleasant.The young lady who did my massage was excellent!!! She was very professional, clean, and non-intimidating. She applied just the right amount of pressure and did not end my session until the full 90 minutes was up!:-)The room was very relaxing/clean, and I like how the masseuse wiped me with a warm towel afterwards to get the excess oil, yet so relaxing to my skin. They give All Natural mani/pedis for an amazing price! Anonda was so fun to be around, and she is really talented. You can pick from some Young Living oils for your Epsom salt soak, sugar scrub (which was so relaxing), and body butter (which Anonda makes herself!) I chose lavender for the body butter and sugar scrub and stress away for my Epsom salts. She was so knowledgable about what she was using and I left feeling non toxic, relaxed, and smooth!
