HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Barely acknowledged when I entered in the establishment for gel polish and polish change on my toes. The male tech that serviced me was rude with the one with two earring in left ear. As I was instructing him not to use the drill on my nail b/c they are already thin, slung the drill and said "don't come back to me when they come off". I am full aware of the service selections and processes..the owners sit across the room only response was did I chose my nail color, what a joke! Excellent manicure. Very thorough & took her time. Very pleased with results. $12 plus tip. Very reasonable. One complaint....The girl had a piece in her ear. Never stopped talking on her phone for one single second. Never spoke to me or acknowledged that I was there. Did not move my purse & keys. I had to ask another patron to do it for me. My nails look great! My pedi was great! The only down side was I paid $55 + tip.I got a gel fill in and a reg pedi. I don't know how that equates to $55 but somehow it does. I paid & wont go back just because that's too expensive. I normally pay $45-48 for both gel fill & pedi. I did not get any cut down, design, or anything like that. Read Less

I went in with an idea of what I wanted for my wedding nails. Electra did the best job, she was quick but really thorough, gave my nails great shape and took so much care. It's hard to find that these days. Everyone loved my nails and so do I! She also gave my sister in law some glue to take home as her nails which she had already had done somewhere else was lifting. I stopped by #1 Nails to get my eyebrows waxed before I went out of town, since they always do such a good job. To my surprise they were closing...at 6 pm, when the sign on the door clearly says they close at 7. When I walked in they asked what I needed (as if they were really going to do it) & proceeded to tell me the lady that did eyebrows "just left." I liked this place but I don't think they'll be getting any more of my business. Read Less

This is not the place you go expecting salon quality last 2 weeks or longer manis. This is the place you to on a budget that is never crowded and provides satisfactory service. I usually get my feet done here because when I do I can wait a month before getting another pedi with regular maintenance,  which if you saw my feet you'd know that says alot. My mani did chip in a day or 2 but thats typical for me even with Shellac. But my eyebrows were glorious. And still look fresh a month later. I will say they charge $1 extra for liner in the basin for a pedi - which I think they do for your safety. They do need to stop and just clean them - which they do.  Ive had better and ive had worse. Quick place to get your brows waxed.  Except Saturdays. But that's any salon. What isn't typical is the "receptionist" for lack of a better term. There is no one at the counter upon entry. Just a man who stands around outside (typically smoking) and follows you inside a few seconds after putting out the cigs to find out what service you need. Then the message is relayed to a female esthetician in another language. Said woman makes your brows beautiful. You pay the man, if he is still inside. And try not to come back for four weeks, or until you find a place more receiving.  I have. Read Less

Absolute waste of money. I got a simple manicure and it was chipping within two hours. I had to paint them again the next day because it had chipped so much. They filed my nails uneven and left the edges rough. I would have gone back to get a refund, but  I went out of town for the two after I got them done. Read Less
