I've been coming here for the last year since I moved to the area. My husband got me a spa package for my birthday and it was so wonderful! I've been going once a month since! I was in a car accident in 2016 and had a back injury and I also have severe carpel tunnel and also chronic anxiety disorder...let me just say, this place is a savior🍷❤️ The environment is totally relaxing and staff is very polite and welcoming! On a hard day the complimentary wine is great. The aroma is super relaxing and music is calming. I wouldn't go anywhere else and you also get that personal relationship with the staff. My sister and I did one of the spa packages and let me tell you, it was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and attentive which is sometimes hard to find! They also accommodated me when I said I couldn't have a part of the package done because of a tattoo on my back, they didn't just say ok, they let me choose something else! It has been 3+ weeks and my manicure is still looking great, even though I keep forgetting to put gloves on to do housework. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. Come through Crystal's come through!  Ibby and I went for the girls day package...$185 for two 60 min massages, mini facials, back scrubs and lunch.   The location was clean and inviting and the ladies working were pleasant.  If I break down each service I would give the mini facial three stars (only because it was super mini) and the massage and lunch five stars!  That croissant sandwich with the chicken and apples is everything (it comes from demolition coffee)! This is definitely a gem in Petersburg. My boyfriend & I have purchased many of their services including : massages, facials, & pedicures. We have loved them all! The staff is very professional & perform high quality services. The ladies @ the front desk are sweet & helpful. I made an appointment for the girls night package and added a manicure and pedicure. We received options for our (included) lunch which came from Demo Coffee. I thought the mani/pedi prices were a bit high but the staff and environment were great. We had a really good time and really enjoyed the services received. 5aug2016: I have since been back to Crystal spa and nails for a few prenatal massage, which have been so helpful to relieve the lower back pain pregnancy comes with. They do not have the pregnancy tables or pillow that can be found at other massage houses so you will be required to lay on your side for the massage.
